I believe the most important skill a person needs to find success is communication. Without communication, you will get nowhere.

I agree with you Froggy213. Also, communication is really improtant to convey your ideas especially if you want to be a good leader.

To get along with others in a respectful manner, without getting side-tracked and pleasing everyone.

Confidence in ourselves will have a big influence on success. If we don't believe in ourselves we can't begin to think others should follow us.

To manage one's own desires. You cannot out-earn your greed, or the "gimmies" as the Bernstein Bears called it. We must learn to control the impulse to grab, buy and borrow money to purchase what we cannot afford.

Many skills are required (love, compassion, patience, persistence, humility, hard work, etc.).

But one skill that stands above all the rest is the ability to visualize success.

You have to be success, first.

Let me give you an example.

I had been divorced for 12 years and finally wanted to have someone in my life. A year went by with frustration and lots of effort under the bridge.

Then I got wise. I decided to be "in love," even though I didn't yet have a person to aim that love at.

I would practice answering my cell phone, "Oh, hi darling. I'm at the hardware store.... Tonight? That sounds great. I'd love to. Okay, sweetheart. I'll see you then.... I love you, too. Bye."

Within 2 weeks, she contacted me! Someone I had never known before from half a world away. And get this, it was right on my birthday!

This is the law of attraction. But there's a greater law -- the law of creation. As children of God, we can do nothing else but create. That is our heritage. The only problem is, our focus of attention is too frequently on negative things.

If we owe lots of money, our attention hovers on debt and the fear and frustration attached to it. So, we get more debt.

If we were only to shift our feelings to a focus on prosperity, then our world would change to one that is prosperous.

Yes, you still have to work, but with the right attitude, work becomes fun -- even effortless.
