   If previously married, and not now, why would you marry again. Or why not?
   
   I have been married twice. My first husband, a Vietnam POW committed suicide. My second husband was psychologically abusive and after 10 years together he became physically abusive. I have been a single parent for almost 30 years to my oldest and now over 10 years to my two youngest. They are all girls. I will never marry again and yes my church severely frowns upon it.

   The only reason to get married is because you're in love and (you) want to get married. Married/Single are lifestyle choices. Life is a personal journey and each of us is entitled to live life on our own terms.

   I was married and it ended because of dishonesty. I do not think I will ever marry again because I have huge trust issues and it would not be fair to the woman I would be marrying. There is no point in making someone else suffer for my past.

   I absolutely will get married again, in fact I'm engaged to my partner of four years and we will marry sometime in the last quarter of 2013. Like my first wedding it will be just a small intimate affair. We're not even going to hire a venue. We'll probably just go to a restaurant with our family to celebrate.
   
   My first marriage didn't work because we weren't suitable as partners, but I am older and wiser now and I knew what I wanted in a husband and I have found that in my partner. It took me 13 years from the time my first husband and I separated to find a man who makes me want to get married again.
