   What stops you from drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day?
   
   Experts agree that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to be healthy. However, most of us fails to do so. I usually drink less than needed out of no reason at all. I simply can't force my body to drink a full glass of water. How about you?

   Honestly I hate trying to drink plain old water, I have to force myself to drink it, even with the little packets to give it flavor. I prefer soda which is horrible for me.

   The easiest solution I have found was to have a big glass of water on my desk at work. Then, when I am busy and don't have time to go in search of my favourite alternative, I just take a big gulp of water when I'm thirsty.
   
   It may not work for everybody, but the simple fact that a big glass (I use a 500ml beer glass, actually) of water is right there and easy to access, makes it the quickest option. Once you get in the habit of drinking water it is quite natural to always have a glass of water around...

   I just don't want to have to pee all day long, that is a lot of water for one person. Plus, juice feels better to drink.

      This is particularly true if you need to travel for long hours. Regularly drinking water may be a good way to stay attentive while driving but peeing every now and then will somehow ruin the trip.

      It's really true for school teachers.  If you can't leave kids unattended, you might have an accident.

   I drink Costco flavored water because I hate tap water ... especially California tap.  Because I teach I can't go to the bathroom whenever I need to so I plan my drinking.

      Sorry .... not Costco but Walmart water.  White Grape is my favorite.
