What is your favorite motivational quote for fitness?

We all need motivation and I find motivational quotes to be more than just uplifting the right ones can be inspiring. What quotes inspire you to better fitness?

Do you have motivational posters in your office, home gym or health club?

I have two. My business motivational quote is: "He who has a thing to sell and goes and whispers in a well, is not as apt to get the dollars as he who climbs a tree and hollers." LOL. I was in sales too long.

My personal fav is: "As you go through life, my friend, whatever be your goal, keep your eye upon the doughnut and not upon the hole." (Deep fried foods speak to me)

Great Question, EE.  "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels."   Here's something I say to myself sometimes, "I've tasted this before, I don't need to taste it again and if I do, I only need a bit of a taste."

"Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't you're right". - Henry Ford

This is my favorite quote because it sums up life in one sentence. If think you cannot accomplish something or that something is impossible you will not achieve that something.

    It will hurt.
    It will take time.
    It will require dedication.
    It will require willpower.
You will need to make healthy decisions.
    It requires sacrifice.
You will need to push your body to its max.
    There will be temptation.
But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, its
    WORTH IT.

I like to use the motto "No Pain, Just Gain" in my teaching as I do not believe that one should suffer to achieve best results in fitness training.
