Do you have trouble falling asleep?

I don't know about you, but for myself I tend to stay awake into the wee hours of the morning. I don't know why. My brain just doesn't shut up, and keeps thinking about things in life.

So, do you have trouble falling asleep ?

Yeahh.. I am also facing the same problem. SOme people just go to bed and sleep, but I always struggle to fall asleep sad
Lots of things keep on going in my mind and I can't sleep. As you are also saying the same thing, so I feel now that it is natural. It may be possible that we writters face this problem more because we always think what to write and how to to write best.

It's very true what you said about writers. Because as being one I'm constantly thinking about things, and how they effect other things. (Anything really)

But yeah, it may be natural, may not be. We can only keep trying. tongue

I used to sleeping issues but started a different routine,  I go to bed late so I sleep better and have a comfortable bed, and no light in the room. I avoid drinking coffee or any caffeinated beverages  only  a glass of water before bedtime

Yes I do. i do the same things as you my friend. It feels as though my mind is racing and I just cannot cut it off. Unfortunately, this insomnia has been going on for years. I feel for you my friend, been there.

Depends on the situation, I can't asleep if there's a lot of things that needs to be take care or feeling restless about something.
But if I could find some peaceful place which makes me forget about all those thoughts, I could easily fall asleep

Oh, yes. I would suggest reading a book, such as a boring textbook from school or something that doesn't interest you at all. Try not to play videogames or watch "intense" TV shows before bedtime, because they stimulate the brain and increase the time it takes to shut the body down for sleep.
Also, be sure not to pound sugary drinks or foods before bedtime.

    Best of luck, my friend!
