How many followers do you have on HubPages?
How many followers do you have on HubPages?
I have 673 followers and have been writing on HubPages for 11 years. I have over 100 articles, some of which I am updating to make them more current.
Can you help me, I'm a beginner, and I don't have followers
Jana, I would recommend writing a few awesome hubpage articles and if you love to write then it will be easy for you to do. Then search for other HubPages you enjoy reading (in your genre or topics you like), and post a friendly helpful comment on their hubpage (say what you liked about it) and follow them as well. Important thing is to engage with other writers. Hope that helps. Good luck to you!
Comments are, for the most part, disabled, so engaging with other writers is difficult at the moment.
You won't have any followers until you write some articles. Your bio should be in English as HubPages is an American site.
In any case, followers on HubPages are irrelevant. What you need is search engine traffic.
Click on Help, top right, to navigate to the Learning Center.
I have over 300 followers, but I'm Not a featured writer, and I only get one or two clicks per month,so how many followers you have is irrelevant to anything but your ego... and BTW,I'm not a half bad writer
Do you mean your articles aren't featured?
I looked at your 'Is there anybody out there?' article. Your writing is actually quite good, but you have not paid attention to HubPages' requirements. It looks like you have allowed words to spill onto the page and not bothered to edit.
The content doesn't reflect the title and is all over the place - there's no coherence. You have not formatted or spellchecked. There are no subheadings and no properly cited image. Your punctuation needs work - there is always a space after a comma and period. Too many ellipses... and it's 'does', not 'dose'. 'Lose' not 'loose'.
If you spent some time at the Learning Center and learned how to present your writing correctly, you might be able to improve your articles so they get moved to LetterPile.
PS Re your bio, what did the dormouse (not door mouse) say?

I have 86 followers... I joined Hubpages in June this year (2013). I've published 23 hubs so far!
I am poor, I only have 11. I joined a long time ago, but I was absence for a while now I am back.
I have only been on huboages for a couple months I have 18. Slowly building an audience
Not as many as I'd like, I guess my hubs are not very popular. I have like 150 hubs and 137 followers. I joined 3 years ago, but didn't really start using hubpages until Feb 2013. Follow me please! lol
I have been writing on HubPages since 2006 and in that time I have accumulated a total of 4,281 followers. This is good because many of those who become followers tend to both visit my other Hubs as well as check out new Hubs when I publish them.
This helps to improve the traffic to my Hubs.
I also have 242 people who have joined HubPages as a result of clicking on a links to my Hubs which I have posted on my blog or other site. Included in the link is a code known as a "Referral Tracker" which gives me credit whenever a person uses that link to visit HubPages and sign up. By signing up after clicking on a link I have posted, I am given credit for recruiting them and receive 10% of the income from the add impressions from Hubs they publish (this 10% comes from the 40% of impression income HubPages receives from clicks so the new Hubber still receives their full 60% of impression income).
While the income I earn from from these Hubbers is not broken out separately on reports, it does add to my overall income from HubPages each month.
To learn how to use and potentially earn some income from the use of Referral Trackers check out the instructions in the HubPage Learning Center here: http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/referral-program
I have 88 followers. I have 37 hubs and have been here for more than half a year, but have been absent for a while. I don't know how good or bad 88 followers is considering the amount of time I've been here and the amount of hubs I have.
I have 32 currently but that was from only about 10 Hubs. When I first read your question I thought you were looking for tips on how to gain more followers but I can see you are doing very well, follower wise!
i have 473 followers for 4 years now. I follow 636 people. Most of them didn't follow back. Feel so sad. If bubblews, they follow back for sure.
The honest answer is that I don't know and I don't care how many I have. I started out worrying about followers. Then realized it doesn't matter if you're chasing search engine traffic and earnings. Then I stopped even bothering to even look or count.

I am still new to Hubpages and have been enjoying a rather successful start. Thank you to those who have voted my articles up and those few of you who have begun to follow me. But I have noticed one thing of late and maybe it is the way it goes but I think it is disrespectful. I have commented on a...

I have just started, so I dont expect it in the near future, but how many hubs, or how many months before you start making money? How much traffic is considered to be good traffic? Right now I am getting about an average of 75 hits per day on 4 hubs. Is that good? What...

Basically, I mean that us hubbers put countless hours of work into writing one quality hub after another which in turn increases hubpages revenue, which allows them to enjoy the fruits of its writers dedication and labor. I know writing on hubpages is presented to us like hubpages is doing all us...
