   I would personally like to thank Prez Obama for NOT taking us back into war. Anyone join me?
   
   I am constantly worried, with the spy-ops....oooops, psy-ops, we have thrown at us, and the huge media conglomerate who always gives front and center stage to war-mongering idiots. No More! Our kids deserve to live...and so do theirs.

   "War" no longer has the same meaning as it once might have had. Today, "war" is a corporate industry through which several of the freeloading red states manage to extract tax subsidies into the tens of billions.
   
   President Obama is likely the US's most tactical president since Eisenhower. His strategies for managing military crises always knocks those off balance who hoped he'd fail no matter how much super pressure they lay on him.
   
   War today can be fought completely via computer. The obviousness of this is what happens when a single hacker gets into government files. One of the major reasons I loathe men like Snowden is their superiority complexes that have horrendous ripple effects on those serving in government and the military. So while Snowden was so busy "exposing," his own government, ISIS was getting the shot of adrenalin they needed. In any other US historic era, Snowden would have been hung for treason for the simple act of jeopardizing those in the military and government embassies around the globe.

   The problem is that "theirs" are not living. Men, women and children are dropping like flies in Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan, to name only a few places around the globe. Millions of people are hungry and diseased ridden in refugee camps. But what do we care, right?...as long as our soldiers stay safe. Oh, please. If no one ever intervened, anarchy would reign everywhere, even in our own country.
   To make a long story short, sometimes combat intervention is necessary so that, ultimately, weaker nations can experience less anarchy rather than more.
   However, as long as the polls are in his favor, Obama will do nothing--you can count on it. So, I guess you are free to thank your lucky stars. That being said, it's a good thing for you that you don't live in Iraq or Syria because... no offense, if you did, you might feel grateful for some significant military help from a stronger nation.

      World war 1 Americans fought and died bombing shooting and gassing Germany and their Allies.  When they were defeated the war was won. In World war 11  when Japan and Germany were defeated the war won.In Korea, Nam, and the middle east We didn't Win'

      Of course Iraq did not want to be "invaded." What I'm saying is that most Americans do not want "boots on the ground" yet they also believe Obama's foreign policy skills are poor. But we can't always have it both ways.

      I think his skills are just what we need. Think first, not shoot first. Cause those who want to shoot NEVER are in the line of fire. And we had no reason to go to Iraq. They didn't threaten us. And neither does Iran.

      Obama pays attention to every poll imaginable. More importantly, there are 50 million refugees around the world. At the least, Obama could have given Ukraine and Syria weapons so that they could defend themselves.

   Obama actually displayed some courage by not engaging in Syria and not sending our military back into the civil war in Iraq.
   In the Neo-Con's war in Iraq we managed to rack up 186,000 dead, including 4000 Americans. Then we turned Iraq into an ally of Iran. We were taught that Iran was an evil enemy yet Reagan sold them missiles and Bush turned their enemy Iraq into their friend.
   So....
   1) Who the hell are we supposed to start shooting?
   2) War powers reside in Congress not in the president. (It's in the Constitution!) Will Congress take responsibility and order up a new war and more American deaths? They would have to accomplish something other than complaining about how Obama hasn't cleaned up their mess
   3) Bush paid for Iraq with a tax cut. How will we pay for another war?
   4) War mongers all seem to have nothing to lose. How easy it is to sit at your computer and demand that someone else's son or daughter should risk life and limb.
   5) How about funding the VA to a level where their staff makes as much as those in private industry? Then add billions to cover the care for those wounded in Iraq, then add more billions to cover the care for those wounded in a new war
