   To accept that there is purpose in every unscheduled thing that happens in my life; rather than fuss or throw temper tantrums, rest in God's love until He makes it plain.

      Not just every unscheduled thing every single interaction with another ,is there for us to learn how to control our emotions & feelings properly which we create ourselves..There all random, but there for us to learn about ourselves..We're eternal

   You ill find it in my book, I believe. I read a book called The Path: Autobiography of a Western Yogi in 1982, and my life was totally transformed. I have not looked back since, and some 32 years later, I am still following the Path I chose, resulting from this life-changing read.

      Hi Manatita, I will look for The Path, and I hope it takes away stress. I need something like that right now. I miss you guys so much, but I'm  trying to get Shattered Pieces  to my publisher.  I finally wrote THE LAST LINE and now I'm revising.

      Manatita, you are so very right, as usual.  Books are not the answer. I listened and meditated. I feel so much better. Thank you for reminding me.  The music was so calming and I had a chance to find the quietness in my soul.

   The major lesson that I learned that changed my life forever is realizing God's graceful love for us as His children.  The moment I realized this, the scales were removed from my eyes, and I learned that life is about the Spirit, not the flesh.  Everything literally changed for me and it won't ever be the same, thank You Jesus!
   
   I learned that it all begins with love, faith and trust for the Lord. I learned that I can call out to Him at any time, for any reason and He's always there waiting for me. I have no idea how I managed to get through life without knowing the things that I do now - I barely made it, actually. He rescued me, literally.
   
   I have so much more peace now, genuine peace, because of the Lord.  When I don't know what to do, He always provides an answer -  sometimes a word, sometimes countless words. I wouldn't know what to do with myself or my life if it wasn't for the Lord guiding me through everything, literally everything. It's amazing, so amazing!
   
   Prayer is the greatest of all blessings because it's a direct connection to the One and only Creator of all things. His replies are literal miracles. You have no idea what I feel as I write this to you - I can't describe it with words because it's too great.
   
   I pray in Jesus' name, one day everyone will feel this way, everyone will know Him & love Him the way He created us to. His lessons are truly life-changing. Nothing else can complete or replace it.

      Wow!  What an awesome testimony of the love of Christ, and how He is always available to rescue us.  I do know how you feel when you speak of His unconditional love.  He comes into our presence.

   That I don't know everything.  I spent years thinking I did.  I raised my children certain that I did.  I've spent most of my 38 years of marriage thinking, if I didn't know everything, at least I knew more than my husband.  And of course, growing up, I was obvious I knew more than my parents.
   
   Now that I've made some major mistakes, with nobody to blame but myself, I'm ready to admit I don't know it all.  Actually, it's a relief.

   My entire life has been one big life changing event.
   
   From the ontological awareness in dreams of flying when I was an infant, to the Miracle on Wilshire Boulevard, 1977 when traffic opened up for 2 miles like Moses parting the sea -- snarling traffic on either side, with an empty corridor between them.
   
   All of these myriad incidents have led to one overarching lesson -- that God is Love. We move further from Him if we have any self-concern, for ego is the root of all evil and the antithesis of Love.

   Hey Doris when i realised that it was god + mother nature, that created the world + each one of us through our own mother....& that nature is the official law of the world, & we're all aiding & abetting in breaking that law....I also realised that we haven't actually been born yet, & are still in mother natures womb learning growing how to become a good loving human being....If we get with the program & start respecting our "mother" nature, & start respecting & loving god, by using the energy he gave us instead of relying on governments to feed & shelter us etc, & use that energy to help others & entertain ourselves, instead of relying on technology to help others & entertain us....Just to actually prove to god + mother nature, that we actually want to live....Then if we find real love in our lives instead of the love of money fame & possessions, then when we die we are actually born......I mean when i realised that, everything changed for me....& i did have to learn it the hard way like everyone "has" to do, so do we follow our heart or do we follow the money....Do we actually desire to live & to get out there investigating experiencing, "OR"! do we want to sit there every night watching the T.V, & watch millionaire sport stars doing stuff they love instead of using our god given energy, & do it ourselves with thanks to mother nature for giving us the chance + materials....We have to do things with our own energy, to pay for being given that energy in the first place, but we're given infinite energy for doing the things we actually love doing....So it's a great deal really, & better than anything on the flipping T.V!lol

   Learning that all are Mortal. Yes, all humans are mortal and will have to face this one day. I was taught this at an early age when I saw my best friend killed by a hit and run driver. This is when I realized that could have been me. Facing one's mortality at 15 is a hard pill to swallow. No one is promised another second on this earth. It could be your time just as easily as anyone else's. This lesson for sure changed my life.

      Dave.... of course I have wondered why it was not me. I also wonder why my older brother also had to die at such a young age. I have had "survivor's guilt" that I have had to deal with. I really do not know what you are trying to say??
