I think that the unfortunate situations occurring in US workplaces today has one major source: hiring of undocumented workers. Think seriously about who profits most from this if not the employers.

In many US businesses today, employers are acting like tyrannical dictators holding the threat of job loss over the heads of their employees who bend over backward to meet unreasonable and often, illegal demands. Why? Because no one reports employers who hire illegals knowingly to avoid paying business taxes they owe and are OBLIGATED to pay.

Now..some may say, well, employers are overtaxed. NO. They are not. They no longer contribute to employee benefits like healthcare, 401Ks or even short-term disability. Do the math. That's a whole lot of profit going into Mr. Employer's offshore tax free bank account in Switzerland, Belize or any other country that considers those billions a windfall and offers a safe, tax free storage of money employees earned for these employers.

The reality is, until the working class in the US stops feeling threatened by job loss, they will continue to be at the mercy of tyrannical employers.

If you don't report an employer who knowingly refuses to check E-Verify on their new hires' status, you get what you asked for...constant threats of job loss and worse, the newest game..refusing to pay time and a half for overtime that they now call "Mandatory." This means, you can be forced to work overtime, not be paid time and a half and work 7 days a week non-stop.

Some pay employees with "Rapid Pay" cards on banks that don't report the earnings of undocumented workers. Theylie and tell the undocumented workers taxes are being deducted when those deductions are creating yet another source of profit of the employer who stuffs phony payroll deductions into his/her interest bearing bank account.

The truth is that not knowing their OSHA and Employee rights puts all of these undocumented workers in a totally exploited, for-profit situation that never ends.

But, it has a ripple effect: As more American workers begin to abide by employer rules, legal or not, they become as exploited.

Is there a way to take revenge? Yes. But, it means having a stiff spine, courage and the ability to blow the whistle on criminal employers who deliberately fly under the watchful eyes of state and federal labor laws.

Being an enabler never makes much needed changes.

1, Not work to their fullest potential

    2. Destroy intellectual property of employer that they have control of.

    3. If in a position to hire, hire only those perceived with lower potential.

    4. Take longer breaks than is mandated by law.

    5. Steal employer's property.

    6. Slander the employer to friends or acquaintances.

The toxic boss makes the case for passive-aggressive behavior. There's no such thing as a fair fight.

One focus I would consider ethical is to try to undermine his position in hopes that he'll be replaced with someone better.

    3.) Avoid eye contact/small talk.

    4.) Micro manage you.

5.) Complain about the small things.

6.) PURPOSELY ANTAGONIZE YOU & TURN ALL WORKERS AGAINST YOU!!!
