What is your dating age range, how much younger and how much older will you date?

I'd prefer someone around my age, but would go maybe as much as ten years older or younger.  Not too too old, but definitely no college boys either.  I'm not that young myself.

I'm married now but if I were to start dating again I wouldn't really have an upper range, I've always been attracted to older men (within reason).  My husband is 8 years older than me and could easily see myself going for someone 10-13 years older at this point in my life.

Hearing that a guy is younger than me is an instant turn-off, honestly.  If he had everything else I was looking for I would make an exception but it's not something I would seek out.  I don't think I could go more than 2 years younger.

Sure it is the best to date people around your age when several years older or younger than you doesn't matter to you that much, and of course you naturally don't consider people who are the age of your parents as someone you can date. I guess for many people it is as simple as that. Exclusions happen though when a 20 year-old woman marries a 50 year-old man and things like that, but they are rare and I don't think it could ever be my case.

I'm not in the market but if I were I would consider someone in the 10-15 year rage younger or older. However it really comes down to the individual and our initial chemistry.
Most men aren't going to runaway from an attractive woman who shows interest in them because she's "too young".
Another factor would be if we're dating just for {fun and companionship} or if someone is looking for a spouse.
Most of my dating life was not done with marriage being the goal. If one has no plans to tie the knot I guess age is just a number!
The real risk is getting married to someone who is quite older who may have a lack of energy, suffer a major illness which could lead to stress/financial hardship or their spouse dies suddenly.
Hugh Hefner was (86) when he married Crystal Harris (26). Odds are he won't be around to see her turn 35 or 40. One never knows.
