Do we sometimes enjoy being victims; blaming others; afraid to be simply human?
1. If you are a victim, you are not responsible for the bad circumstances. You now can't change it, but you have an excuse not to, too.
2. If you can portray others as victims and they accept that status as helpless, they are more likely to follow the leader who promises to rescue them. Many black leaders follow this example, you're helpless, it is all their fault, but I can save you - just do what I say.
3. If you are a victim, it gives you a reason to resent those who have more or do more, because you can say their very success holds you back.
We don't like being victims. So there should be no question of enjoying being victims. What way will you enjoy when you are a victim?
Blaming others, of course is an innate behaviour of almost all. We try to justify ourselves or to protect ourselves by pointing at others as the cause of your sufferings and actions.
Sometimes, we may feel it to be our weakness to be human when others are troubling you always, continuously. At times, you may be forced to act inhumanly because of fear of the powerful intruders in your life even before their action.
It requires much strength and willpower to be human always, as you will be facing some problem or other always in your life.
Much Light in your answer, Venkatachari M. Especially the second paragraph. Yes, Perhaps fear comes in to it also.
Why are MOST "unspiritual?" "Human" "cannot please God" (Rm 8:8; Jn 4:23-24 "MUST" worship in spirit & truth!")
How "immature" r u guys?
The human mind is complex and whimsical. Sometimes one likes to be the victim and sometimes the king. Perhaps its more applicable to people like me who have the Gemini sign. Generally its an individual trait and depends on mental makeup
This fresh look at astrology is worth considering. Didn't have this in mind but why not? Thanks for the contribution, Emge.
Man: "worth considering?" After another "idol?"
MY GOD!
People blame others to protect fragile egos. People who enjoy being victims need attention.
Ha ha ha. First, your answer is valid too. I appreciate all. I like your take, and the funny aspect too. Laugh, like me. (smile)
I Jn 2:16! Yes, "needs attention," if not "victim for Christ!" Either 1 is a BELIEVER (of ALL HIS WORD) or not (I Cor 10:21)! Bibles says (Jn 15:18) "the world hated me 1st" & if doesn't NOT "in Christ!"
All in bible "victims" even "Christ!"
Thank you, Cobrien. I also appreciated your answer.

Sometimes I have to slap myself around a bit...I'm a poet, and I have some work that I am very proud of...but when it comes to sharing my work, online, or simply giving someone a poem of mine to read, I get all weird and uncomfortable about it, like I feel that at the very least they won't know how...

Why do people tend to blame victims for their own sexual assualts?Rape shaming is a real thing and the case involving Bill Cosby has shown this ugly fact loud and clear. What are your thoughts about this?

Blaming the victims is nothing new; letting the criminals walk and arresting the protesters seems right to the ones who love the status quo and imply that the public outrage against Wall Street is limited to a few lazy bumps that are asking for “class warfare”.There are many more people that have...
