What are some character traits you would use to describe Jesus?
What was Jesus like?
The first thing Jesus portrayed was obedience, he obeyed God the father to be used as a sacrifice for the cleansing of our sins. He took the place of lambs and he became the ultimate sacrifice (he died for the whole world, even while we hated the father).
["Greater love has no one than this: to lay down his own life for his friends" (John 15:13). He also became a friend]
Moving on, Jesus also portrayed humility; he humbled himself to be in the form of man (in the flesh). He was also humble enough to be referred to as "the son of Man," "the son of Joseph the carpenter," "Jesus of Nazareth," and so on.
Jesus was also a learner (as a child). Even though he knew everything God knows, he still studied, read books, and sat with old men to teach and to be taught.
Without giving any further explicit detail, I will just mention the other notable characters evident in him: Generous, Loving, Patient, Forgiving, Friendly, Caring, and it just goes on and on...
The Lamb of God, the Messiah, holy, anointed, just, loving, obedient, sinless, and perfect.
John 1:14 "And the WORD (GOD) was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld HIS "GLORY," the "GLORY" (Did you hear?) "AS OF" (Which mean "like unto" not "of?") the only begotten of the Father,) full of "GRACE" and "TRUTH!"
When are you all going to "see" - JESUS IS GOD in the "GLORY" "as of" the only begotten "Son" of the "Father?" That SAME "SELF-SAME SPIRIT" (I Corinthians 12:11) "Fathered" HIMSELF, came into the world in the "GLORY" of Jesus Christ, while being EVERYWHERE else at the SAME TIME! Too much for GOD or too much for what you've been "taught?"
MOST need to STOP "LIMITING GOD" to two or three "persons" or "The Trinity" and/or "spin offs" thereof! "GOD is a SPIRIT" (John 4: 23-24) and HIS "character traits" are UNLIMITED! HE can use evil as well to "accomplish HIS will" (Isaiah 45:7)!
DON'T LIMIT GOD!
HE "tried" to relate to "mere-man" but without "WAITING" one will NEVER "see!" Didn't HE always speak in parables (Matthew 13:10-13)? What makes you think HE didn't present HIMSELF as An Allegory?
THE GREATEST ALLEGORY IN SCRIPTURE!

Do you Believe That Astrology can Help Identify a Person's Character Traits? Some believe the stars can predict the future. Some believe Astrology is a fortune telling taboo. I believe that God gave us a tool to use to help us understand each other better. What do you think?

I know that the holy trinity are all meant to be the same and one being. God is the father and the son and the holy spirit. But, taking into account, this was decided by a group of men hundreds of years after Jesus, what is everyone's opinion on this?If Jesus and God are the same? Why does Jesus...

What character trait do you most wish to see in your child/children?Of course there are many character traits that define a person. If you had to choose one (among the many) that you regard as most important and which you would most wish to see in your child or children, what will that be?

...when Jesus clearly said 'My Father is Greater than I' in John 14:28?Nothing can be greater than God, so by Jesus' own words, we can deduce that Jesus did not profess to be God, because he professes that there is a power Greater than him (Jesus). Why then do many Christians firmly believe that...
