    Here are some tips:

    1) I like your title except for the oddity of the word "flavor", which typically refers to something we eat; I imagine most readers will be confused as to what "nervous flavor" is.
    2) Proofread, some sentences have errors or are awkward. An example: "It has no experience speaking on stage."
    3) In your capsule headings, rather than saying "The Third, Practice", simply put "3. Practice"
    4) The first image's pixel count might be lower than Hubpages prefers.
    5) Add an author bio to make HubPages happy and give your readers a little insight about you.

    You really need to edit your article. There are grammatical errors that need to be corrected to make it readable. One example is the following statement:
    "When you become a speaker, the audience has come all, you just compiled this, compile it. It was very unprofessional. ama with when you want to compete."
    I placed your first section through the free version of Grammarly and the only suggestion I got was to get an upgraded version so there are grammatical errors beyond what the free version can correct.You have the content so, ask a grammar teacher to look at it.
    Keep writing though. It's the only way to improve.

    It's not just the grammar and spelling, the syntax is very bad too. That's sometimes a sign that the article has been spun.
