    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article Diet For Exercise Enthusiasts. What can I do to improve? Thanks!

Hi Miebekagh -- this article is getting better thanks to your hard work.

However I wonder if there's a mistake in your very first sentence. It reads: "I am moved to consult the dictionary for the word keep-it." I have never heard "keep-it" before and there's nothing in a search for the definition.

I can see that you put a lot of effort into this article. It contains some English errors, but I think these could be fixed quite easily. Here are some other problems that I noticed.

I assume keep-it in the first sentence mean keep fit.

In your paragraph about grapes, the last sentence refers to grapefruit, which is confusing. You should clarify this section.

Coconut oil is unusual for a vegetable oil. It contains a high level of saturated fats, so it's not quite accurate to say that vegetable fats are unsaturated immediately after you mention coconut oil.

You’ve written a health hub, so you need to add authoritative references. It’s important to support your claims about the health benefits of foods, including the claim that sugarcane fights cancer.

hI AliciaC, yes, it is keep-fit. I have corrected the mistake. The issues about grape and grapefruit are equally the same mistake. I have grape in place of grapefruit. I will later look into the others. Thanks.

Hi AliciaC, Miebakagh here again. Have another look at the hub, Diet For Fitness Enthusiasts. And, many thanks.

I like the effort that you've made. In the coconut oil section, "than animal fats" is written as one word. After this, you refer to saturate fats instead of saturated fats. In the next sentence, the word absorbed should be absorb. There are some other errors too, but it would be good if you fixed the ones I mentioned.

It's great that you added references. I think it would be better to link to the specific Wikipedia article that you used. The healthline link isn't working for me. The person who reviews your article will have to decide whether they think stylecraze is an authoritative reference source for sugarcane's effects on cancer. Personally, I think a health institution or a university would be a better source.

Hi AliciaC, I have noted your points above. I will later work on the issues because at the moment, the edit link on hubpages is not working. Many thanks.

Hi Alicia, I checked the link. There is a mistake and the omissions inserted. It is now okay. Thanks.

Hello fcmossher, Many thanks to you. It seems while deleting keep fit instead of keep-fit, the error occurred. I have correct the spelling. It is keep-fit. Thanks againfor passing by and commenting.

Hi mcmosher, another suggestion is that I replaced the word keep-fit with fitness. I have just done that. And, thanks.
