Beautiful response to the word prompt by Brenda. I enjoyed reading all your poems and found them to be relatable. A writer’s mind is always-always thinking. If they are not writing, they are thinking about writing. So true!
Thank you Brenda for this excellent piece of writing.
Thank you Rosina, for sharing the link.

        I love this:
writer’s mind is always-always thinking. If they are not writing, they are thinking about writing.

That's me.  It's so difficult for me to put it away.

      Hey Misbah
      Thank you so much!

That saying kept playing in my mind....A writer's work is never done...
So I had to use it.

Take care & I hope you are sleeping peacefully.

Excellent work on these three poems, Brenda. As a writer, I can relate to each piece. A writer's mind never stops.
Even when I am doing other things I am thinking about writing. Thank you for sharing the link, Rosina.

      Thank you so much John.

As writer's, we always have that mode ticking away inside of us.

But it's a good thing...we always have a new adventure waiting for us.

So glad you enjoyed my words.

Have an excellent day.  Or...sleep well.
I realize it is late...so you are hopefully in dreamland where your muse is conjuring up another great story.

      Vidya
      Thank you.
My brain doesn't shut my off.

      I think it's on constant overdrive....until I fall asleep.

But who knows...it is probably working then too.

It takes me a bit to get shut-eye.   I'm not a put my head on the pillow & fall asleep kind of gal.

      Glad you liked my work.

Brenda has such a knack when it comes to writing poetry.  I enjoyed each of her pieces about the inspiration for writing.  Thanks Rosina for featuring her work.
