Rosina, thank you so much for sharing Pamela's very interesting and informative article.

As always an interesting, helpful and educational read. Pamela, I have learned a lot from your article about Ulcerative Colitis. Thank you so much for sharing.

I had laser lithotripsy two days ago.  The treatment was not very difficult but I feel a lot of pain, nausea, and fever now. I believe they are some of the side effects mentioned by the doctors. I'm currently taking some antibiotics and pain relievers. Have you written anything on kidney stones and their treatment? If yes, I would love to read it. smile

Blessings and Lots of Love to both of you!

I live with someone who has UC and have seen first-hand the toll it can take on a person's well-being. In my experience, not many people know or truly understand IBD conditions (probably because they're not the most glamourous thing to talk about!), so it's always nice to see people sharing information online.
    Anyway, great article Pamela!

Pamela, what a dreadful disease. Not only is it extremely painful, but I would assume that there is a great deal of embarrassment associated with it as well. Thank you for sharing this.

I'm right there with Bill.  You are teaching me alot of things about health related problems than I ever knew before....I'm sure you were a wonderful nurse.

My take....You knew more than some Doctors.

Is this similar to diverticulitis?  Sunce you can't have food with seeds?

Thanks Rosina for sharing Pamela's informative article about ulcerative colitis.  It would be miserable to have to live with this condition.
