It is great to have you back writing again, Brenda. These poems are excellent and I loved reading them. I hope life is starting to return to some form of normality for you.

      Hello Brenda!
I feel very good to see you writing again. Writing is therapeutic, and I am sure you will feel better, by expressing yourself.
I really liked going through your creative pieces, deep and heartfelt thoughts.
Time is the best healer, one day at a time, and I wish you all the best in life.
Try meditation and Yoga, with deep breathing exercises to ease your panic attacks— Just a suggestion!
      Thank you for sharing.
Thank you John, for sharing Brenda’s post.

Glad you are starting to get back on track Brenda! If panic attacks comes so overwhelming just always practice breathing in and out and find a place where you can pull yourself away out of the trigger of your panic attacks to have some sense of relief. I've been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks myself for the past 8 years. Just some tip you might be able to do. Panic attacks can be uncontrollable when it hits you, but there are some coping strategies you can try, find which is best and what would work for you. Prayers for you Brenda and stay blessed! smile

I'm glad I'm starting yo get back.  I miss writing & talking to everyone.

I was so happy to see your name on the email Brenda. I enjoyed reading your excellent poetry about puzzles. I love the way you designed the whole page.

I am sorry you are having panic attacks, but you have been through a big ordeal. I think it will take time to move forward. I imagine there are good days and bad days. I pray life will get easier letting you enjoy spring weather soon.

Thank you for posting Brenda's article John.

      Thanks Pamela.
      It's 72 degrees today.

I can't wait for the weather to stay nice & I'll be able to write outside on our deck.
Got to get new cushions..the old ones dry rotted, but it won't be too much longer.

I have good & bad days that's for sure...but I'll push my way through it.

I must say though...usually Don't let anything effect my writing...but this time is different.

      See ya all soon

      Peggy
Thank you so much.  Those hugs really help & remind me to take it easy.

I know everything will fall into place when it's supposed to...so there's no need to rush.

One day at a time.   Finish unpacking & then of course there are a few problems ~ an electrician needs to tend to a few details and a floor guy is coming to repair a problem with the hardwood floor ( that interlocking kind) Ron had put in.

I'll get there.  Hope to be back before too long.

      Thank you.

It feels great to be back in a little way...I'm hoping I can get back more before too long.

Deep breathing is definitely been a help.

I miss talking to you and everyone here on Hubpages.

Hopefully I can start getting caught up on Puzzle for word prompt.   I saw quite a few to read.

      Vidya...
Even when we know something is goimg to happen, we're not quite ready for it.

I'm blessed that Ron didn't linger in his suffering.
He was up making his own coffee the day before he passed.
But once he climbed into bed on the morning of Feb 9th...he didn't get up again.
He passed at 4:25 am on Feb 10th...so it was only one day.
we thought we had more time, but at least when he was called home...it was quick.

Writing poetry has always been my comfort zone. Problems of any kind tend to unravel and time is well spent solving an issue rather than dwelling on it. I am sorry that you are having troubles, Brenda. I know how easy it is to stir away from things we love to do. Hang in there and welcome back.

      Diana...
It's not easy for me not to spend time writing...I just have to finish getting everything done.
      Its definitely my comfort zone.

Thanks Brenda for sharing your experience of that fateful day. It's a real blessing that Ron didn't linger in his pain. We were surprised by the news though we knew he was battling the dreaded cancer. He was really brave. You have also been strong and brave throughout. I appreciate you and pray God to heal you and give you the strength to bear the loss. Writing is very healing. Its good to have you back. Stay safe, stay blessed.
