This was beautiful but sad poetry. Relatable and enjoyable on the other hand. Readers please read Brenda's lovely poetry from the link below:

    Hi Brenda,
I know you wrote this poetry with Ron in mind and at heart. Beautifully composed. Remember always you do have strength as a quality, which not only Ron admired but also we all do. It was good to hear the Titanic song again after a while. Thank you for your outstanding article.

Thanks Rosina for posting this one.

I know you don't like it when I post sad ones, but it is a part of life too.

There are days I just don't want to be strong...at least for a few quiet moments.

      Hello Brenda!
This is heartfelt poem, where you have expressed your emotions. Makes me sad, and I can very well understand, what you are going through. I just pray that things become easier for you.
Thank you Rosina, for sharing this.

        Thank you.

It makes me a bit sad too.

Each day seems to have a struggle & I pray I can get passsed everything & live life the way he wanted me too & the way I need too.

        Take care.

      Rosina...
Thanks for reminding me that others admire my strength.
      It does help.

Especially as I get ready yo go tackle some yard work.

One step at a time...I'll be okay.

      John
As hard as all this is...it is one thing that keeps me going.
He knew I could handle it by the way I handled standing beside him during this struggle.

I know Ron knows you are strong but that does not mean your path is easy. This is a beautiful but sad poem Brenda. I know your faith gets you through one days, and I believe we all care about you as a good friend. God bless you.

Thanks for posting Brenda's poem Rosina.

      Thank you Pamela.
It helps to know I have friends here...even if we only reach out through our words.

This path is not an easy one & there are times I just want to dissapear, but then my struggle leads me to reasons for my existence...so I must keep going.
For everything there is a reason.

      Even if we don't understand.

      Thank you so much.
I often wonder if he is happy with my choices.

I believe he is because he trusted me so much.

Bredz, this is a heartfelt and lovely poem. I understand that this is a difficult time for you, and I can feel your pain and grief. Always remember, Ron will be happy to see you happy. He is now a soul, and he's always around. I know this is a very difficult time, but love can overcome any obstacle. The reunion will have no such thing as separation.

Please take care of yourself and stay blessed.

    Sending you prayers and hugs!

      Thank you Misbah...
Reminding myself each day that he loved me enough to want me to keep going and to make certain I could once he was gone...helps to push me forward.
It's a struggle & the tears flow out of no where some days, but I know there is a path I must follow.

Thanks for the hugs & take care of yourself.

Oh Brenda, the pain is so deep. Losing your loved one is like losing a part of yourself. You feel that you will never truly be whole again. My hugs and prayers go with you; I hope you can find minutes and moments that speak to you of Ron's love for you. Death doesn't separate us--you are in different places, but you are still united and will be together once again.

      Linda...
      Thank you so much.

It really feels like death has separated us...at least for now.

There are moments when I sense him and I remember something that makes me smile.

I know once everything settles down and I can relax...the tears will be more, but I will learn to accept that I am left behind for now.
We had planned ahead & it helps to make it a bit easier because I Know what he wanted for me.

But the heart always wants what the heart wants...this time it can't have it.

A heartfelt touching poem Brenda. Ron had faith in your strength. You have to go on for his sake, despite the road uphill. Time is a great healer and the supreme has a plan for everyone. I loved the quotes and Celine Dion's video. Take care dear friend. Thanks Rosina for sharing Brenda's beautiful poem.

I have no doubt that Ron is happy with your choices, Brenda.  He would never have placed his trust in you if he did not feel that way.  Take care!

    Brenda,

Are you ill, Dear? I am so sorry I haven't been able to be on here long enough to communicate with other hubbers. I pop in and off--my brother-in-law is not well--and I am checking on him and my sister in the next town. I miss reading hubs and your poems. I will try to slow down and do better.

I miss Bill and I hope is enjoying life. Tell me about you if you feel like it.

    Love ,
    Bobbi Purvis

      Bobbi...
My boyfriend passed away February 10th.

We had been battling his stage 4 lung cancer since July 2020, but this caught us off guard.

He was up making his own coffee the on Feb 8th and all seemed well.

But on the morning of Feb 9th he couldn't walk across the room.
He went to bed and never got back up.

I hope your brother gets well soon.

Don't worry about Hubpages right now...go be with your family.

We only get this chance once.

      Sending you hugs of comfort.

I am so sorry about your sweetheart--I can relate. Take care of yourself now. I am here if you need to talk--and I will be on and off. My brother-in-law has a pacemaker, and everything else you can name is wrong with him.

Write how you feel--make it your story so others can relate and not feel so alone in the world. It helped me to do it and maybe it will help you.

    Your Hub Friend,
    Bobbi Purvis

      Thank you so much Bobbi.

I imagine my words will be alot about us or him...but I'm trying to mix in a few others.

Right now.. i need to release so many thoughts.   I'm certain I will post a few here.

Take care of yourself along this journey, because it's not an easy one.

I'm sorry you know this feeling.

I remind myself of this every day...
    Then I keep going.

I can finally see my kitchen stove.  YEAH!!

I've been learning to use a one person air fryer we had still in the box in the garage.

We had a large one given to us on Christmas from hus sister, but it magically disappeared when his boys decided to no longer talk with me...so I'm making do with this small one.

But the kitchen is getting better.
