I think that is what sneak was saying, telling men to tell the truth (meaning the ladies run the house)

In spite of being married to a lovely man, I run the household I reckon! It is me who makes sure all the bills get paid and me who makes the major decisions, but only because he would buggar it up LOL wink

I am a happy obiedient husband. My lovely wife is really smart and challenging her greatness would be foolish. Besides in the beginning I would be all manly and we would argue about who was right and I always would end up apologizing and consoling for saying something I shouldn't have. Even if I was right I ended up wrong, I never figured out how that worked.

Yes, I want the guys to tell the truth. Remember misery loves company.

My wife lets me think I do.  She gently nudges me in the direction I didn't know I wanted to go. big_smile

On second thought, maybe it's the cats who let us both think we're in charge.  It sure ain't the dogs at our house!

Do they give you those little reminders throughout the day?  One of ours is called the taskmaster because of how she seems to lead the wife around on her morning routine and speaks up loudly at any variation from it. lol

lol yes my cats do sometimes do that, especially when they are hungry then they all speak up. But yes they do sometimes lead me around the house like that to do tasks...lol it's great!

My husband and I claim to be in charge, but the kids are a force to be reckoned with... Still, he makes the money and I pay the bills, cook the meals, keep clean clothes available, etc... Big decisions are made by the person they will affect most -- usually him.

we each to our own part. I pay the bills, balance the checkbook, cook and clean..but none of this would be possable without him working and earning money. When it comes to decision making, we do htis togheter, mostly. Ultimately, he makes the final decision, uslally we agree. When we dont, I tell him so, but, sorry if this offends, I feel that part of my wedding vows were to respect and honor, so I support him and if its the wrong decision, we move on. Try something else, together.

My husband does and that's cool with me. We make most major decisions together though. He is a good listener and we usually end of compromising in some cases. I can't remember the last time I didn't like the decision that was made. According to the Bible, he is ultimately responsible for me and my welfare. I try not to make his job to hard. Lol!

Every "body" (yep, meant to split that up) but me.   The cat, definately first and foremost and the list goes down hill.  Usually after the cat it's not a "who" but a "what" meaning the telephone.
