      Why? I don't know - why should it be because you're form India? I thought the clicks were just automatically counted by the adsense mechanism, there shouldn't be any way of it under-rating you because of nationality.  Maybe it has something to do with your tags, or your "keywords"?

      That doesn't matter... Just apply for the Adsense as fast as you can...

      It has nothing to do with you being from India. Did you apply for Adsense from your blog? Applying through a blog in blogger is way easier and it gets accepted faster too! But yeah, if you don't have one don't create one now coz that would mean you'll have to wait for 6 months more

         Try applying again with your HubPages profile, as it is 6 months old now. I have read on these forums that 6 months old publishers from India get accepted.

      adsense alternate is possible only in blogs and other sites, not in hubpages, but other networks are good and some are better than adsense.

   I've had my web-site for 4 months and as far as I can tell have done everything required to complete it - google is still telling me my "site is under construction" so when I try to add ad-sense here I'm told I already have an e-mail address associated with ad-sense
   No Cigar for me and I'm from ....?

   Being from India has nothing to do with it. Adsense accounts are a bit slow in coming for blogs. But with hubpages, you should get accepted fast enough.

    Congrats on the 10,000! I got my Adsense account right away with hubpages. I think only after I post one or two hubs.
    
    However, Ebay rejected me! Boo Hoo!

    Ebay rejected me as well! Still, I had my google adsense account from my google blogs before I joined hubpages, so it was incredibly easy to sign up hubpages to it.
    All I need is someone to clicks on the ads!
    Still...I'm having a great time here at Hubpages. The non-clicks don't really matter that much. I know that will all change in the future. Maybe...
    Congrats for getting 10,000 viewers. I'm a long way off that!
