are unknown! Went through all of that and they don't know what is wrong with me. Did the ultrasound and also the camera...yea you girls know what I'm talking about. And there is definitely something there, a mass that shouldn't be.

I had to go back to my other doctor to give blood just to rule out pregnancy (even though I KNOW I'm not) or the pregnancy where the egg is attatched to the tube 9can't remember the name of it). So that will take 2-3 days. And then next week I have to make an appointment to see the OB/GYN and see what they say.

So yea I am in limbo right now and have no idea what is wrong with me.

But that ultrasound was pure HELL!!!!

Hello, I just saw this post. I hope I'm not repeating something that has already been mentioned before. I apologize if I am, but have you considered that it might be a Fibroid tumor. They are a common female problem, but they are not malignant (not cancer).

I hope everything turns out ok.

      I'm praying for you.

Ectopic pregnancy. They ALWAYS say that. It really is most likely a cyst. I have tons. they hurt like hell but are not life threatening. They will "go away" on their own. I hope you feel better the procedure is over? If you dont like what you hear, get a second opinion.

It'll be ok, Crazd. I just had the ultrasound and CT scan and bloodwork and they all came back sooner than they told me they would, so maybe your wait won't be as long as you think.  ((hugs))

    And thanks guys for caring...

it's sad! I posted this on FB and only a few friends commented...none family. Strangers and friends care mroe about me than my own family members (minus my mom and dad and hubby who of course gives a damn about my health) but all other family members...they leave me out of the loop of everything and then I talk about my health and no one gives a damn. go figure!

    1. profile image0
pinkyleeposted 14 years agoin reply to this

when it comes to health no one should care more than family and close friends but like you said its sad that the reality of it is that sometimes the ones you would think wouldnt care actually do and at the same time its a blessing that complete strangers and not so close friends care.

i wish you the best of luck hun and i sincerely hope everything is ok

Don't you love inconclusive results. Or results which make absolutely no sense.

Last year I had a series of blood tests and an irregularity showed up. Which meant that I had to have used a particular type of drug.

Having not ever having used recreational drugs in my entire life and apparently showing traces of this particular one in my system, it was quite bizarre.

Hey crazd, haven't been able to comment on the first but I've been following your posts. Had a non-invasive surgery once (I don't know if this is the official term) where they pulled out a 'blood mass' from me and they can't tell me what exactly that is or why it was there in the first place. The only thing they told me is that it's not cancerous or something. Guess I had to settle for that.

You go girl. You'll do fine. Hugz and prayers your way and good luck.

Hey Crazd, remember a couple of things...(a) you're still here, (b) you still have all your faculties, and last but not least, (c) no bad news is good news.

Unknown isn't bad, it's just unknown. If you worry about the unknown, then you'll just about worry about anything? hmm

Stay positive, look at the brighter side of life and continue to enjoy it....and most likely everything will be just fine. Step by step, one day at a time.

Even tomorrow is unknown whether or not it will come for you? It's not guaranteed as it is now. So, just worrying about it is going to age you dramatically and your body chemistry will get thrown off and you'll develop even more problems, which I don't think you really want.

    I hope I helped. smile

I was going to write a worry/anxiety hub anyway. here goes.

You decide what is the worst that could happen, then you figure out the odds, like look up how many people a year this happens to, then decide what you will do if the worst happens.

That way, you are prepared for the worst, but you know the odds, so you can hope for the best. You compare the odds to say, lottery tickets, or the odds of pulling a royal straight flush without a draw.

      1. profile image0
Stevennix2001posted 14 years agoin reply to this

CW-- in your hub (after waiting waiting waiting) You wrote 'thyroid' where you may have meant 'fibroid'.
And I think the comment you found confusing was because the poster is actually two people-- they write together.
