I believe in staying fit and healthy. My motto is this: Make  eat right the rule, and eating poorly the exception. However, like the alcoholic, I, too, fall off the wagon from time to time. I resort to eating junk food. And my favorite junk food is fried chicken, potato chips, and a coke. What's yours?

I'm sorry, your answer is disqualified. Chocolate is health food with all the antioxidents.
also natural  popcorn is great-- lots of fiber.

Actually, there is a 12-Step program for food bingers. It's called Overeaters Anonymous (OA).

As for me, never been able to resist that old challenge "Bet you can't eat just one!"
