What is the quickest most effective way to getting the perfect abs??? Without spending money on these fitness packages you see on tv!!
Wow...that is the million $$$$ question! As a personal trainer many of my clients and others have asked similar questions. So I made a video that speaks to that question and posted it on my blog site, The Training Genius. The link to the FREE video is below:

Dieting will get your stomach flat. Crunches and leg raises will get your abs ripped. Torso twists will help with your obliques to finish it all off.
It will depend on how much belly fat you have. Exercise to build muscle won't work just by itself, you need to lower your calorie intake and/or up your cardio (walking, cycling, aerobics).
It won't happen overnight, or even in a month. You'll need dedication and commitment.
you are prefect body. i saw you have everything in prefect shape.
take her advice.
From my side first of all adopt alkaline diet and then do the sit ups.
I really don't do sit ups though, as I have never had a problem with my stomach. lol. but I do walk alot
try to contract your abdominal muscles all the time ( while standing, walking, infront the mirror ....)and make it a habit for you.
am aphysical therapist and this is the simplest way.
Yoga works like a charm, and you will get ripped arms, too.
I personally do the New Zealand Haka every morning on the front grass in my PJ's.
Awwwwww Misha you are yet the first person to greet me again this early morn. Then again I guess that is what happens when you stay over at night. I will be back am just going to get you a nice cup of coffee.xo
How many sugars cupcake???
If I had big abs I sure would take this way out. I like that hub I was reading the other day it shows 3 sex positions to get tight abs, now thats the way to go too
As others have mentioned, your diet is extremely important. You want to eat lean proteins and plenty of fiber. You also want to drink a lot of water (at least 8 8-ounce glasses a day) while avoiding carbonated and alcoholic drinks.
As for exercises, don't waste your time on sit-ups/crunches. Studies have shown that these ab exercises are inefficient. Instead, you should choose from the Bicycle Maneuver, the Plank (or Hover), the Captain's Chair, etc.

I have done 5 surveys and everyone says that they think 3 is average but then I find out that the real average is twice a month. So if you can answer the question that would be great, not how much you think but how much you are!
