    If I am wrong about something I admit it every time I am wrong. Just how I was raised.

    I think it's very important to accept your own mistakes and admit them.  This is never so powerful as when you mess up in front of your kids or even towards your kids.  Being able to admit your mistakes, apologize to them and ask for their forgiveness is crucial.  It teaches them a life lesson.

    Sure.  I'm very comfortable admitting I was wrong.  Of course, that could be because it happens so rarely.  (Now, quickly:  Imagine a laughing emoticon here, so that you know I was joking - sort of.)

    Yes always. If you don't you may think you have won a point. This is foolish, you will be thought less of by the other party because they know that you are wrong.

    welll yes In most cases if i don't admit it in front of others i admit it to myself and once i admit it to myself  it feels good and then becomes extreamley easy for me to even admit on stage
