What is one healthy habit you always make an effort to do daily?
I make an effort to have my five portions of fruit and veggies every day. It doesn't always work out that way but it is the one thing I make a conscious effort to achieve.
I always make an effort to exercise every day. Usually I workout when I watch TV. On the days I take off from working out I still try to go for a walk or play motion games so I get some exercise. To prevent myself from getting bored with the workouts I keep changing them.
Exercise. It can include walking and or weightlifting/ workout/ yoga.
I take my Shaklee vitamins. Then I know that, even if I sit at my computer all day and don't exercise anything but my fingertips, at least I've done one great thing for my health.
Flossing my teeth and applying creams to my face, every single day.
drink one full cup of green tea and also a cup of black tea at separate times and also have a yogurt a day.
Every single day -- I wash my face twice a day, use moisturizers, and brush teeth twice a day.
