How can you reduce or eliminate your allergy to grass?

After mowing a lawn I have hives and sneeze uncontrollably. How can I reduce or eliminate my allergy to grass?

I actually have the same type of allergies, never had them until I visited Texas. I've actually taken allergy shots, for approximately 2 years, about one every 2-3 months, and its allowed me to build a tolerance to it. Every now and then, it will still affect me, but I definitely have it under control.

There are numerous ways to eliminate allergans, and quite easily. Immunology is the best way. You can take your regular allergy medicine with this antidote. Allegra seems to work very well for my son who has the same allergy, with out drowsiness. Take an hour before you are ready to mow. A face mask may also be a remedy. Thereby not allowing, or filtering the pollen from reaching the nose, would lessen the response. Bio allers has put out a whole line of immunolgy agents for all allergies. !5 drops under the tongue works just as well as the shots do. It takes a while, but it will build up a tolerance to the allergan. Thereby, your immune system will not over react to it. bioAllers Grass Pollen Allergy Relief, Liquid - 1 fl ozhttp://www.amazon.com/bioAllers-Pollen-Allergy-Relief-Liquid/dp/B00008US2Q/ref=sr_1_4?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1369843649&sr=1-4&keywords=bioallers
