Do you do leg lift exercises daily?

    Do you do leg lift exercises daily?

    If so, why? If not, why not?

    Hi!  I don't do leg lifts per se, but I try to do 30 to 40 second planks and I've pre-registered for a Spartan Race so I've been doing burpees.  I've also got a couple of puppies so running around the yard are my "leg lifts"
    I'm still trying to lose my baby weight - but my baby is 15!  Time to get off the couch.  LOL

    Nope. I do more lunges and squats, stuff like that where you work more muscle groups at the same time. I find they work better for building strength which helps me in my everyday life. I occasionally do leg lifts if they are in a workout video that I am doing. But I tend to think they are a little boring so I might do them once every two weeks or so, just to mix up my workout.

    Due to the winter, I've been running indoor with an incline and a forefoot strike. Really works the calfs and hamstrings. If I know I will be hiking soon, I squeeze in squats, lunges, and jump squats.
