Do you have a worry stone?
What do you use to stop worrying and get back to being positve?
I usually try to read something positive from an author such as Wayne Dyer.
I listen to classical music.
Not always the same piece of music. However, an obvious choice is Ludwig van Beethoven's Ode to Joy.
The fact that Beethoven composed this masterpiece when he was totally deaf inspires me a lot.
Whatever worries I might have are minor compared to those worries a deaf musician has.
I am a surfer so I hit the ocean. I have to find something that totally takes my mind off of the issue. If for some reason I cant surf I like comedy, If that doesn't work I go to utube and watch people who are ragingly talented but dont know it . Right now I am taking the 30 day mind cleanse. I used the basic principles already but it really helps to review them!
Yes I have a worry stone, but I use meditation to stop my worry.
