Do you think a change can make a you a stronger person or the weaker person?

A change is inevitable. How can a change affect you and in which ways. For example: A positive or way or negative way.

The change itself is a way not a target, the target is the way the change will affect you, routine life may not be so bad, because the change may lead to a worse situation, I believe that if we didn't have a clear target, and a known way the change may be not necessary.

It depends on what change you are going to make with your home life, work , or you body. When you are a sensitive person and you want to be a strong person then the change would be classed as a positive move but when you change to become bad then that is a negative change. Say you want to experience drugs, this is a negative change. But if you change for the better then that makes you stronger. If your work is stressing you out then a change is needed or you just change the way you work either go with the flow or find another job. Either way would be a positive change.

Generally speaking people don't change unless (they) are unhappy with the results they're getting. In other instances change may be forced upon them such as getting laid off from a job or having a mate/spouse leave them.
Most people eventually adapt to change that (happens) to them. The most difficult thing however is for a person to (implement) change for themselves.
It's hard to break old habits and create new ones. One truly has to want something bad enough to commit to doing things differently.
Whether change happens outside of your control or because you decided to make changes; every ending is a new beginning.
The positive thing about change is it offers one an opportunity to grow or evolve  as they learn new things about themselves and what they are capable of. The negative thing is the depression and frustration that kills one's joy whenever they attempt to resist change.
You have to learn to go with the flow. You can't allow change to cause you to fall into despair. Keep things in perspective!
Today is just one page in one chapter within your book of your life. Always have the courage to turn to the next page.
No truer words were ever spoken than the lyrics of the song "Everything Must Change" Written by, Benard Ighner.
"Everything must change, Nothing stays the same
Everyone will change, No one stays the same
    The young become the old
    Mysteries do unfold
Cause that's the way of time, Nothing and no one goes unchanged.."
As you stated (change is inevitable) we must learn to accept it.

The factor here is the NATURE of the change.  Is the change beneficial, constructive, or it is destructive?  There are changes which makes people worse, even destroy them.  While there are changes which elevates people, taking them to new heights.   There are changes that makes people a different person that they were in both the positive & negative sense.

The context & essence of change is also dependent upon the psychological make up of the person.  For instance, cataclysmal changes such as European Jews being being separated, ghettoized, & even placed into concentration/death camps made some more humane, altruistic, & stronger while others become totally dehumanized, even callous & brutal towards others.  Change, in essence, can either bring out the BEST or WORST in a person.

Whenever some unexpected change has occurred, I have come out stronger, more than even I would have expected from myself.
I think a change can make you more strong, determined and positive.
