It was very important to me some years ago. At work, I went to the gym 4 or 5 times a week. Even after retirement, I went regularly but since becoming a granny, I am called on so often, I have had to stop. Maybe i will get back once they all start school!
I don't go to a gym (I'm too private and much too cheap...lol). Regular exercise is important to me, though. I hula hoop at home and I do Tai Chi as well. I try to work out at least four to five times a week.
Extremely, working out for me is a part of my lifestyle, I don't even feel right without some kind of daily exercise/stimulation. I will continue to workout as long as I am physically able.
