      Yoga is awesome - a change of mind for me because in the past I couldn't understand how something so quiet, easy on the joints, and peace-inducing could work your muscles so hard smile
      I particulaly like Jillian Michels "Yoga Meltdown" By the time your finished and a day later, you know you've worked your muscles.
      I love running too - and the yoga-running combo is a great fat-blaster!

    I do agree. Practising Yoga on a regular basis would reduce unnecessary fat, not only in the belly, in overall weight management.
