So you have to submit a few hubs before you can us add Google AdSense or any other features to them?
I'm still pretty new to this and I'm not entirely sure exactly how to get everything up and going. The perfectionist in me basically refuses to do anything until I know it will be just right, so I really need to get a move on and figure everything out. And, as always, any and all help is greatly appreciated!
You'll want to have between 15 and 20 featured hubs before you apply for AdSense. Many sources say 10, but they're outdated and it's getting harder to get approved.
So instead of worrying about exactly how to write for Hubpages, I should just start writing and putting it up.
Not quite. You want 20 good hubs with careful SEO so they bring in revenue when you're approved for AdSense. You won't see funds for a little bit. It's a get a few bucks a month after a few weeks plan, not a get rich quick plan.
I know to still put out quality writing and good format and all that to get people willing to read my hubs. I'm just needing to know if thats ALL I can do right now or if there are other tools on here that I should make use of.
Hi Destiny. The best way to get started is to push that "help' button at the top right of any screen and follow the suggestions there, which are:
"The HubPages FAQ contains concise answers to many common questions.
If you have questions on how to start or publish a Hub, please consult the Learning Center, which will also walk you through the process of getting set up with AdSense, Amazon, eBay, and the HubPages Ad Program.
Finally, our community has graciously answered many questions in our Help Forum. Before you post, please use the search box to see if anyone has answered your question already.
If you still don't find an answer that way, please follow the form below:"
Adsense ads will be added to your Hubs automatically by HubPages, right from the start. You will not earn anything from them until you have an Adsense account, and you can't apply to Adsense until you have at least 15 Hubs and have been here at least one month.
Once you have your Adsense account, then you can apply for the HP Earnings Program, and you can then go back and add eBay and Amazon capsules to your Hubs.

I have been denied Google AdSense. May be due to the following reason:"Your site must have been active for at least 6 months before you apply for AdSense."As I have joined only less than three weeks back in hubpages, the above reason may be valid for the denial. But still I found Google...
