   In your article "How to Breathe, Slow Down and Be Patient" you give us a great examples with your photos of rushing water in Niagara Falls, New York.
   
   You tell us life really is short and to have ill-spirited reactions to temporary things is a waste.
   
   We should take time to smell the roses, so to speak by learning to take time and appreciate the life you have to live.
   
   Your poem, "Impatience" you show us how we are quick to get through our day.
   We are constantly rushing when there is no need.
   
   Why be in such a hurry.   Slow down a bit because everything happen at its own time.
   
   This is a great article.  I love how you use your photos to help get the point across.

      A beautiful poem and a good response to Brenda's word prompt. The comparison of our hectic life to turbulent water is great. To slow down, breathe and be patient is the need of the hour to avoid becoming victims of burnout or suffer physical and mental disorders. Have a great day.
