      Hello Rosina!
Nice response to the word prompt, Chance. I liked reading your story, and that you ended it on a hopeful and optimistic note.
Good of you to combine two prompts in one story. Well done! Thank you.
I was about to share your story, but then I noticed that Pamela has already shared it. Thank you Pamela.
My best wishes to both of you.

Rosina, this is a very good story, and I enjoyed reading it. I like the ending as we think everything is fine for Rosina, but we do not know for sure. This is an excellent response to Brenda's and Moe Wood’s prompt.

    Rosina
Your short story "In Anticipation of a Second Chance" is quite good.

It shows us how one can overcome obstacles.
Not letting anything destroy his chances.

It clearly shows us how not to panic when events don't play out in our lives the way we hope.

Have faith that putting your best foot forward with honesty & integrity will open new doors.

A second chance will always be waiting.

I love how you set the scene for this story.
No doubt she was nervous, which possibly caused her to spill her coffee.

Yet she remained calm in the face of this setback & was determined to get a second chance.

    Great write.

I'll post a link in the word prompt article.

No one can summarize a poem or story based on your prompts better than you. I am quite happy the way you analyzed my story. It is a good and honest review. I liked it a ton. Thank you, Brenda, for your time and efforts. I really appreciate it.

Ravi, I am glad you like the story and are curious about the ending. I was one of their valued and productive employees. Naturally, Thomas forgave and gave me a second chance.

Beautiful story Rosina. A perfect response to both Brenda's word prompt and Moe Wood's short story' writing challenge. I enjoyed reading your story. Now we are intrigued to know about her boss's response. Eagerly waiting for your next short story. Thanks for sharing Pamela.

Thank you, Vidya, for enjoying the story. There is, however, no continuation of the story, and I leave the Boss's response to your imagination. This may be a bit disappointing but that is how it is. Gratitude for reading and commenting.
