      Hello Vidya Ji!
Excellent article about the Romantic age, and how it influenced the poets in that era. This is true that the environment and the circumstances are the greatest stimulants for the creative writers.
All the poets, which you have mentioned are my favourites.
Great analysis and review of Wordsworth’ s life and works.
Thank you for sharing this Well written and informative article.

Thanks Pamela for the lovely comments and for sharing the link to my article. I especially like Wordsworth's poems because they are of nature and the human spirit. I always read their poems when I feel low or sad. They can be quite healing. I am glad we have the same taste with regard to poetry. Have a great day, stay blessed.

What a lovely review of the background of Wordsworth, the nature he loved, and his poem celebrating his sister and the place they both held close to their hearts. Vidya, you also wrote about the Romantic period of time and meaning. As a fellow nature lover, this was informative and fun to read.  Thanks Pamela for sharing her post.

Dear Peggy, thanks for the encouraging comments. I am glad you enjoyed reading about Wordsworth's life and the inspiration he found in nature for his poetry. I am a nature lover too and love Wordsworth's poems for the same reason. The romantic age brought about great change in creative writing and influenced the great poets of the time. I enjoyed learning about this during my course. Have a blessed day, take care.

Hi Chitrangada, thanks you for the lovely comments. Great to know that we share the same likes with regard to poets and poetry. I am glad you liked the information about the life and work of Wordsworth. The romantic age was a turning point in the history of poetry. The poets of this era wrote about the real world and real people and the divinity of nature.. That's what makes these poets endearing to poetry lovers even today. Have a great week end, stay blessed.
