So... Are Poets sad ? Let's leave our thoughts in the comments below.
Hi Anyya & Welcome to Hubpages.
Your poem tripped a wire in my brain. In other words... It made me think.
I believe writers feel everything more deeply.
So, if it's sadness.... it cuts to our core and we become very sad.
Yet the same is for happiness.
We feel emotions on a different level than other people.
I liked your poem. Like Brenda, I feel poets feel most emotions more deeply than most people, and have the means of expressing those very clearly.
Hi Anyya,
Thank you for sharing your well expressed and thought provoking poem.
I believe, poets aren't sad, but they are expressive. They have the ability to express their emotions and thoughts of the moment, which could be either happy or sad.
Thank you Brenda for sharing this.
I agree with you... We express a lot of different emotions. I really like it when we find those good moments and laughter, but life as bad ones too.
Hi Anyya, poets need not necessarily be sad, or joyful. But, they have the power to make others laugh or cry, spilling out emotional poems.

What is the saddest song that you know?We are not so good at identifying our own emotions. It is said that 36% of the people cannot recognize their emotions when they happen. Of course, the higher the intensity of the emotion, the higher is the recognition rate. Can you select...

Vidya wrote a very interesting article about the poets of the romantic era. I am particularly fond of these poets also. This article is a wealth of good information. https://hubpages.com/literature/The-Ori … Wordsworth
