   Brenda, your letter was touching and very positive. I am gld that Ron made you promise you would go through with the grant application, and new you would uphold a promise no matter how hard life got. There is such a good message here that even the little seemingly insignificant things we can do to help people can make a big difference in their lives.
   It was my pleasure to write you a letter of support, along with Steve’s, and I am so happy that your application was successful. The grant couldn’t have gone towards a more passionate person. I look forward to hearing what projects you use it for in promoting your poetry.

         Getting that grant in Ohio is a wonderful blessing. The fact that John and Steve wrote letters on your behalf is so touching.  We all know that losing Ron creates such a loss in your home and in your heart.
         
         I pry for your healing in every way. I know Good is looking down on you, as is Ron. Things are coming together slowly in your life, and maybe that is all we can hope for, but know the we all care about you.

      That photo was taken on our last vacation.
      
      We were in Pigeon Forge Tennessee, which was one of our favorite vacation destinations.
      
      I'm so glad that I received this award since he knew how important it was to me.
      
      Little surprises like this help  to keep me going. 
      
      I hope Ron knows I received it & is happy for me too.

       I'm definitely going to try to spend it wisely.
       Except I do plan on a hand held camcorder so I can start spoken word poetry....just have to figure it all out.
       
       Helping others is something we can do each day.  The simple gesture of kindness is a start.

    Dear Brenda, I can understand your feelings. Those are normal after Ron's death. A life partner is somebody without whom you can't picture your life. A home is where our life partner is. Well, Almighty will surely make new ways of living this life for you. I will pray for you. Take care.

       I've been having a few more issues & have been back to hospital.
       
       I've got another appt this afternoon.
       
       It's trying when I'm used to him being with me, but I'll push through.
