I got to keep reminding myself...especially when my temper flares...

It's amazing how little things can change one's attitude in an instant

Yes, we have to try to present ourselves in our best light in public. People are quick to form opinions.
Good poem, Brenda. Thank you Ravi, for sharing.

      Thanks John. ..
This one was formed watching a person from an obvious heartbreak...but it was heartbreaking to watch.

Sad...but we often forget we are in public when our heart is hurting

      I usually try my best.

It's sad to see others stumbling....but we all have a path to walk.

This good poem is a reminder that when we are in public we don't always know who is watching, and we should be our best selves.

Thank you for sharing Brenda's poem, Ravi.

      Pamela...
So true.  We never really know who is watching.

I remember going to work one day without washing my hair.  I didn't worry because my job was out of the limelight.
But that particular day, someone had called in sick in the fŕont office & I was chosen to fill in that day.

It taught me to always look my best at all times...because you just don't know what might happen.

Yes, you are right, Brenda. We should portray a good image when we are out in public, thinking good thoughts and dressing well. Because outward appearance really matters. And then when we are back home where we are alone, we can be ourselves, crumbling down. You seem to emphasize a great thought and message in your poem. I really appreciate it.

      Thanks Rosina...
I'm glad you appreciate the message in this one.

Our home is our castle.  We can do whatever we want, but in public we need to realize everyone pays attention.

I hope you are doing great.

Sorry about the delay of my comment on your article.

      Take care.

      Rosina...
Outward appearance means more than we are aware.

I remember nominating someone for an award onve & the person had no idea I even knew her.
It was only byvwatching her actions that I nominated her & she won.

      Rosina...
It is true.  We never know just who is watching us.

Being the best you can be is always the greatest idea.
