Rosina has written an incredible feel-good story about life at the university. A girl walks to the university gates in heavy snow and stormy weather and finds it closed. She then uses the time at home to weave dreams and plans for the future with her sister. An incredible warm story Rosina. The link is as below.

      Thanks Ravi...
I just read this one on another post, but it's a great little story.

Thst first experience of walking in the snow, totally not prepared.

I do hope she got the right boots and outerwear, so she didn't have to stay inside during all those snow days.

It's great to be inside looking out, but you've got to experience the joy of it too.

Yes, I did get boots and proper outerwear and took photos in the snow. You are right- while you are looking at the snowfall through the window, one has has to feel the joy of it as well. Thanks for commenting on this thread also, Brenda.

This was an enjoyable read, Rosina. I suppose other businesses and schools etc have snow days also, but I wouldn't know as I have never been anywhere that experiences snow. Thank you for sharing, Ravi.

Thank you, John. I am happy you had an enjoyable read. I guess schools and other businesses would have off days on snow days as well. Your comments are very much appreciated.

Interesting story there, Surovi! I have never seen it snow. It’s at the top of my bucket list. The closest experience I had was frost high up on the mountain roads in Bhutan. As for falling...I get really embarrassed when this happens in front of people. The embarrassment outweighs the pain and I get up and act like nothing happened lol. Well, I am glad you didn’t get too hurt from the falls and later had a much better day. Lovely story!

I am sure you will experience snow sometime since it's at the top of your bucket list, Farah. Same here. I feel the same way when I fall down in front of people. Thank you so much for enjoying the story. Appreciated!
