The second part of the story was quite enjoyable. I am glad the suspense is unleashed. I am also happy that you listened to your wife's suggestion of a happy, feel-good ending. The story made me smile all along. I like the message of the story as well. Thanks for sharing, John. And of course, I am looking forward  to reading the next part.

Thanks, Misbah, for sharing John's continued work.

Hi Rosina, thank you for continuing to follow the story. I am glad you agree with happy ending rather than a darker one I had in mind. The fact that you smiled throughout and liked the message are very positive vibes. Thank you.

Great story, John. This story is going in a feel-good way and kindness, which is quite refreshing. This reminds me of an old Salman Khan film(he is an Indian actor) in which the main character did a good deed for somebody. In return, he asks the recipient to do some good deed to another person, and the other person repeats a good deed to some other person and so on, thus creating a chain of good deeds.

    Thanks for this interesting premise

    Thanks, Misbah, for sharing.

Ravi, I am pleased this story reminded you of that Salman Khan movie that Misbah identified as ‘Jai ho.’ It sounds like a film worth watching, with an excellent message. Thank you for your generous comment.

I love happy endings, John. When the first part of. the story ended I thought he was going to have to commit some type of crime, but you came up with a wonderful conclusion.

Thank you for posting John's story, Misbah.

Hi Pamela, yes, I agree that you can’t beat a happy ending. I am glad I managed to change the more obvious direction of this story satisfactorily.

“Pay it forward” is great advice, even if we help others in a small way. I’m glad that you’ve used this theme in your story, John. It’s a good reminder for us. I’m looking forward to the next part of the story.

It is a message we need to keep spreading and reminding ourselves of, Linda. Thank you for reading and commenting. I hope the final part doesn’t disappoint.

Well that didn't take you too long...
    Pay it forward.

That's one of my favorite movies.  The world would be a better place if only people would.
    But then...
What's gonna happen in this story.

Will he tell Cynthia.. or let it ride.

Will he find someone to nominate...tsk..tsk..the story continues.

    Great job

The story took a positive turn Brenda, but will that continue? Things can go awry if Michael doesn't follow the guidelines. Thank you for reading, and yep 'pay it forward.'
