   Thanks for writing this article.
   
   I have a park nearby that has a few walking trails and even benches to sit if I get tired.
   
   Ron & I used to walk there, but sadly I haven't been taking the time.
   
   You've reminded me how peaceful it is and how I always feel so much better after a stroll.
   
   Besides that...my Vit D is dangerously low...or that's what they say.  I'm taking supplements now.
   
   So you see...
   I really need to get out of this house and connect with nature.
   
   Can't wait to see a squirrel run up a tree or the geese in the pond.

   Hi Brenda, thanks for sharing the link to my article. I am glad it reminded you of your walks. I feel the same when i take a walk in natural surroundings. It soothes my mind and soul and I feel energized. Vitamin D can also be replenished. Now in summer it feels good to see all the greenery and the beautiful flowers blooming. We can sweet lot of geese, squirrels and rabbits here. Have a great day and week.

   This is a wonderful article, on a subject, close to my heart. I agree with you completely, with regard to connecting with Nature, and it’s various physical, psychological, and emotional benefits. Nature walks are a habit for me, to get my daily dose of positive thoughts.

   Excellent article, Vidya.Nature and connecting with it can give us immense benefits.
   
   Tesla used to go on long walks in the countryside to stimulate his thoughts. Beethoven always used to get ideas for his new composition during his morning walk, and Charles Darwin discovered his famous evolution theory by understanding nature deeply. The examples are endless. Thanks for sharing this excellent article.

      Hi Chitrangada thanks for your kind words. I am glad you share my love of nature. Daily walk in nature is very healing and rejuvenating. I never miss my walks. In every season we get to see a different aspect of nature and appreciate it's beauty.
