    Hi Brenda,
You did a fabulous job on your word prompt article. You covered a lot of stuff which was enjoyable to read. Coming to the new prompt, "Book", I am sure there will be promising sparks of writing from fellow writers based on the prompt. I thoroughly enjoyed highlights of the works of Chitrangada, John and Janis based on the previous prompt, "Luck." My best wishes to you, Brenda. Carry on with the series. We all love it.

Thanks for posting Brenda's prompt opportunity, Rosina.

Firstly, I was about to write, 'Prompt challenge' then decided perhaps to say it a different way that perhaps is more positive is Prompt Opportunity. I don't know. Just thinking out loud.

Anyway, I just checked and the last article I wrote for HubPages was published 10/21/23 to the word prompt - Luck. The one before that was to the word prompt - Sacrifice (07/07/23). And, before that was the prompt - Dream (06/03/23).The one before that was published in 2017. Wow!

Seems, the word prompts do what they suggest.

So, I think I will take the 'opportunity' up soon and write something. Unsure what. I am motivated to write, yet inspiration from the cosmos through my muse has not whispered in my ear yet. wink

      Stay tuned . . .

        Hi Tim....
I'm sorry these prompts haven't been more often, I used to do them every single week.

I am finally at a point where I believe I can do these more often.

I'm glad to hear you are inspired & I look forward to reading your work.

Not a problem, Brenda. Life is as the Beatles shared a 'Magical Mystery Tour'.

“Book” is an excellent word of course for a word prompt (which is I am glad to see make a comeback.) it is about time I wrote something new here at HubPages, and this gives me incentive, Brenda.
Thank you for sharing the link, Rosina.

      Thanks John...
I need to do the same.

Its been a long time since my last word prompt article.
I think it's time to bring it back.

I'll look forward to reading your work and hopefully my muse will come up with something.

    Hello Brenda,
This came as a pleasant surprise. Your word prompt series was truly missed by me and many of us. Suddenly, I feel like publishing again on HubPages.
'Book' is an interesting word prompt and it will be interesting to see fellow writers responses. I believe, we all miss those interactions with fellow HP writers.
Thank you for continuing this series.
Appreciate your kind words for my earlier response to 'Luck.' I enjoyed other writers responses too.
Thank you Rosina for sharing Brenda's article.

      Hi Chitrangada...
I'm glad you feel like publishing again.

Every time I look on here, it seems like a ghost town.

Although I don't like how they are chopping up our articles with ads...let's see if we can't have a bit of fun and bring back a few writers.
I'll look forward to reading your work.

Chitra, I went through your article some hours before (when it was still to be featured). It is a good response to the prompt "Book". You read so many books starting from your childhood. It is a good accomplishment.

I read your article Venkatachari ji. Very well written information about Bhagwad Geeta. The illustrations are also wonderful. May be, because of the Sanskrit terms, there is a delay in getting featured.
I hope it gets featured soon. Then you can share the link as a response to the word prompt article. All the best.
