Thanks, very much for sharing John's poem with us, Venkat!! Perked up my spirits hanging a little low on the branch this rainy morning. Alas, nothing better than a poem provoking delightful thoughts bringing a smile, a chuckle, and not oddly a little pondering about this and that. I sit here now wondering what color stripe is my low feeling and what color is my lifted spirits? hmmm . . .

Thanks again for your creativity, John! Glad to see it here at HP. I will bear it in mind as I seek to write something . . . anything. I have a hankering to write an article that so far has no beginning, but does have a destination. Alas, a map at times is from being an explorer creating one and not one followed.

Thank you for reading this, Tim. I am glad it helped perk up your spirits and that you found it provoked some pondering.
Sometimes I find myself at a loss for an idea, and I decide to write something a little nonsensical. At least it seems that way at first - but tends to ends up having a lesson or deeper meaning during the writing.
Good luck with the article you are considering.

Hi, Tim. Your comments make me chuckle. They, kind of, bring pleasure and some innate energy. I admire both of you, Tim and John!

Oh, John,  I just loved this poem…the flow of the letters and words -- full of humor and a with a dual, deeper interpretation or entendre that is incredibly clever.  Thanks for sharing, Venka. :-)

Hi, John! I enjoyed your patterned poem. This is the second one I read within the same week, smiling at the crafting and the dancing of the words.

Hello, Chitrangada. I am pleased you enjoyed this poem, and its pattern. It did take a bit of rewriting to get the lines the lengths I wanted, but I think it turned out okay.

Lol!!   I bet he'll think twice before asking any animal a question... Especially a Tiger.

Love your muse... It has a mind of its own.

Haha thank you, Brenda. Yes, my muse certainly had fun coming up with this one. It is best not to question a tiger smile

Such a witty poem, John. I can tell that you had such a fun time writing it! No better way to spend your time than having a great time writing while totally in the present. Well done! Thank you Venka for sharing.
