I understand that you are not supposed to self promote on Hub, but someone in management said it would be alright. Hopefully my book will inspire other Hubbers to write their own book. Hub can get known as, "the site where writers are born!" But I digress to my book.
It is a story that my beloved father told me three times, in my teens, twenties and just past thirty. I recanted the story to him when I was about thirty-five. He couldn't believe I had rememered it, word for word. With a partner, a three-four minute story was embellished inth two hundred and twelve.
The story is about a cousin in NYC, in the early 1930's. She was a young innocent high school girl preparing to graduate. In those days most girl's wanted to marry, have kids and be a good homemaker. What happened to her was amazing. the book is filled with romance, adventure, deception, a cure and much more.

Congratulations...... God Bless You!!!!
Congratulations Harvey. I will indeed look for your book. Is it available in all local book stores ? I too am attempting to write one as well as join the Hub society ( as much for inspiration as anything else. ) I can only imagine my own jubilation at such news. If it ever gets released the title of my book is HONKY TONK WOMAN ( Yep, just like The Stone's song.) Again congrats'

I just published a book, too. And I thought you could not self-promote, so I haven't written anything on my hub. I just published a children's book: "The Three Betty Goats Griff" It is on Amazon.com and will soon be available to book stores and libraries. Anyway, it is exciting to be published. Now the work of marketing .. . .
Congratulations, Sir Harvey! I'm reading your work right now!
Thanks for mentioning your book Harvey. I'll check it out as well. I noticed you published through createspace. I have a novel, published there as well. It is set in Revolutionary China, 1946-1950.
WoooHooo!!! One for the little guy!! Very happy for you.
Did you epub or hardcopy?
Never mind, I just went to createspace and ordered your book.
coutur, Did you say, little guy! I'll pass over that. Thank you very much, right now it is paper back. It should be on Kindle fairly soon. Before becoming ill, I was on stage http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2324TAXpl3I
You can tell me if you like my singing.
I've written ten movies that will soon be marketed. One is actually being cut for the Film Festival Circuit. Thanks again, H
Congratulations. Every writer's dream is to be published. Can't wait to see it in the NY Times Top Ten List!
So who is going to act in it when it gets made into a movie?
Keep on hubbing!
Great news, congratulations and I hope the book will be doing very well. Let us know and write a hub about it so all your followers will know
That is fantastic news, Harvey! Congrats! It sounds like a great story!

Hi Harvey! Congrats! I'll be buying a copy soon. I was so excited for you when I received your email about it. I'm looking forward to reading it asap. If you have a casting call near me I'll show up to audition or I can send you some prior tapes of work I've done lol. JK! Congrats again and best wishes! Jess
Life, You cutie, I am thinking about making it a movie. I' ve already written ten, and my new agent will market them when the book settles down. As a writer I can only ask if they will see you, but I will push. Send me your tapes, you never know. rite me personally, and I'll give you my address. H
Are you doing well? I do pray you are.
I just read the synopsis and it sounds like a page turner:) Congrats! Way to give the rest of us writers hope too!
Great news Harvey. Congratulations and good luck with lots and lots of sales!
That is Great and I Wish you many signing hours
Now back to work... Don't waste time here, you have to get started on the film script and sequel
I wish to thank the management of Hub, for allowing me to self-promote my book. I will always tell others that this is where I got my start. H
This is fabulous, Harvey! We're so honored to have you as part of our community! Big Congrats from the whole team!
Maddie, Thank you very much. I am glad to be recognized by the management of Hub, as well as being allowed to self promote. I would have written my Hub, and Forum differently had I been sure I would be permitted to post these.
Had I written it differently, I'm sure I would have attracted a larger following.
So it may have been my fault. If any of my movies are produced; would I be allowed to write that also? H
Congratulations!!! I can only imagine how excited you are and I will certainly be looking for it very soon!

Hi friends,At last, I was able to publish my 300th hub today.
