A Hubber Had A Book Published

   I understand that you are not supposed to self promote on Hub, but someone in management said it would be alright. Hopefully my book will inspire other Hubbers to write their own book. Hub can get known as, "the site where writers are born!" But I digress to my book.
   
   It is a story that my beloved father told me three times, in my teens, twenties and just past thirty. I recanted the story to him when I was about thirty-five. He couldn't believe I had rememered it, word for word. With a partner, a three-four minute story was embellished  inth two hundred and twelve.
   
   The story is about a cousin in NYC, in the early 1930's. She was a young innocent high school girl preparing to graduate. In those days most girl's wanted to marry, have kids and be a good homemaker. What happened to her was amazing. the book is filled with romance, adventure, deception, a cure and much more.

      Congratulations Harvey.  I will indeed look for your book.  Is it available in all local book stores ? I too am attempting to write one as well as join the Hub society ( as much for inspiration as anything else. ) I can only imagine my own jubilation at such news.  If it ever gets released the title of my book is HONKY TONK WOMAN ( Yep, just like The Stone's song.)  Again congrats'

      I just published a book, too. And I thought you could not self-promote, so I haven't written anything on my hub.  I just published a children's book: "The Three Betty Goats Griff" It is on Amazon.com and will soon be available to book stores and libraries. Anyway, it is exciting to be published. Now the work of marketing .. . .

      Thanks for mentioning your book Harvey. I'll check it out as well. I noticed you published through createspace. I have a novel, published there as well. It is set in Revolutionary China, 1946-1950.

      eovery, Be on the look out  for a beautiful 18 year old girl, with green eyes and long black hair. I may try to make this a movie. Lets see how the book does first.

       Life, You cutie, I am thinking about making it a movie. I' ve already written ten, and my new agent will market them when the book settles down.           Maddie, Thank you very much. I am glad to be recognized by the management of Hub, as well as being allowed to self promote. I would have written my Hub, and Forum differently had I been sure I would be permitted to post these.
          
          Had I written it differently, I'm sure I would have attracted a larger following.
          So it may have been my fault. If any of my movies are produced; would I be allowed to write that also? H
