I'm so glad you and yours are alright. Poor car... Is it totalled or do you think it will run again after it's had time to dry out? My sister had a car like that--water up to the roof. Started right up after drying (and cleaning) a few days. Cheers!

It's either 91° or 94° (depending on where you are) and terribly high humidity in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. (Of course it's 94° where I am. :-) ) Hope it's cooler where everyone else is! (105! Ouch! I don't even want to think about it! hang in there, Harmony155!

According to the computer, it is 101 in Montgomery, Alabama. A bit less humid   than yesterday. Those few degrees I can tell the difference. Weird, isn't it?

I hear Rochester is always a nice place to visit in the summer. Isn't it up in northern New York where it's cooler?

Here in northern Brazil we reach 86°. This is the temperature year-round. At night we drop to 76°. It is only the wind, rain and the humidity that vary.

In Virginia Beach with all the humidity it feels like 103 degrees. But as the clouds rolled in, it cooled off while remaining humid. How is it hotter here than in Texas?

Hot but  tolerable.  Although it's South Florida and the norm is what we have now.  Thank God for the ocean breeze!

It's 89 degrees now in Mason City, Ia, but I think that the high today was around 96 degrees. It's really humid in North Iowa and very unomfortable. 105 degrees really sounds very very hot!

At 8pm it is 63 degrees in Northwestern Montana.  May  have had a high of 68 or 70 if lucky today.

In Gypsum, CO...just over 30 miles west of Vail, CO, it was definitely up in the mid to high 90's today.  Hotter than usual, for sure, for this time of year.

The temperature here today is 70 degrees, and is typical of our weather here since this is a coastal town.  Wow, 102 is way up there!  Where I used to live, near Magic Mountain in N. Los Angeles County, we have gotten up to 117 degrees in the summer.

It's about 9 deg C, but is forecast to reach 13. It was supposed to be 12 yesterday but only made it to 9 here; rain here and snow above 900 m. Actually I've just returned from walking the dog. There was no rain, cloudy but quite pleasant to be out (well rugged up, small dog included!).

Only 86 two hours south of you. We are usually hotter than you guys. I know your pain.
