Apparently more than citizens do. They need no ID as we do and get all medicaid free and for ever how many children they say they have and can work also.
Technically and strictly from a legal stand point you must be a citizen of the US or a legal immigrant to be entitled civil rights, social benefits, and birthright freedoms. However, the "interpretation" used by many in the the legal venues and social services has been skewed to suit the political breeze of the moment. The allowance of unqualified and under qualified personnel to make presumptions of our constitution and the meanings of our laws has allowed for the total misrepresentation of their intent leaving us with the difficult task of cleaning up the mess.
Regrettably, the liberal use of these laws regarding rights has been so polluted it has given all of the rights to illegal residents and has removed them from native born citizens.
They have the right to be treated humanely while incarcerated or deported. No need for a trial for deportation...they don't have papers. They are illegal. End of story. Deport. For criminal violations (being here illegally is a civil violation) they are entitled to a trial as is anyone else but why go to that expense. Forget the criminal charge (if it is something short of murder, rape or some other violent crime). Deport them back to their own country and let them perpetrate their crimes there. If they come back here and commit another nonviolent crime, lock them up and throw away the key. Actually, if the death penalty is not an option, if they commit a violent crime lock them up and throw away the key also.
They shouldn't have any "Rights" because they are here illegally...We as Americans have no rights whatsoever if we get thrown into a jail in the countries where most of the illagals come from, that is why they come to this country because their own country is so repressive...These aliens who say they have "Rights" in this country are WRONG and if we as citizens of this country don't stand up for OUR Rights, we won't have them much longer....We need to round up all these illagals anyway we can and ship them all back where they came.
With regard to legal rights the formula is simple: Legal Citizen = Legal Rights. The reciprocal to that is: Illegal Alien = No Rights. Now, if you are talking common sense, every human being deserves to be treated as humanly as possible. But, the bottom line when you come here illegally, you have broke the laws of this nation. I am sorry what your circumstance was in your previous location, when you crossed our border, you broke the law. Even in that regard, we are very lenient relative to other countries in that is is a misdemeanor offense and most of the time the biggest penalty is deportation. When we start offering rights and priviledges to non-citizens, we cheapen the process of becoming a citizen. Some people work very hard within the law and guidelines to earn their citizenship. Those people, Hispanics included, don't want to see it handed freely to everyone else that shows just by crossing the border. America is a culture and a system of beliefs. If we continually dilute that culture and belief system with outsiders who place no value on the culture or beliefs, the we eventually come up with something that we no longer recognize that has no real culture or beliefs. It's just a bunch of people co-existing like animals who only think of their own welfare and never that of the country. Socialist and Cummunist love it when society fall into this state because it is so much easier to lead them down the road when they have no center line or roots. WB
