I love a good conspiracy and even suspect a few to be true. When I first told my dad I believed a few of the conspiracies that paint the government in a bad light he could not accept that politicians might not have our best interests at heart. Funny thing is now he has gone totally in the other direction. He started recommending that I check out this guy David Icke. At first I could accept that he may be on to something...... Then I got to the shape changing reptilians running the world hmmmmmm.....

Have any of you guys read about this David Icke guy? Ever seen any reptilians?

I do wonder if there are things going on in this world that are very evil but I do not think that saying people in power are shape shifting lizard men gives credibility to the underlying message to not trust power and those in power.

If you have seen a shape shifting reptilian politician I may have to eat my words but I am not holding my breath.

If anyone's a shape shifting reptile then it would definitely be a politican.

LOL.  David Icke really pisses me off.  On the one hand, he talks about an elite whose goal is a one-world government.  So far, so believable (IMO) - although I realise that definitive proof of this is impossible to come by.  Then he comes at you with the shape shifting reptilian b******s.  So in the general public's collective mind, the concepts of "global elite wanting one-world government" and "loony bloke who believes in shape-shifting reptilians" are inextricably linked.  Thus it's a short step to "anyone who thinks that there's an elite who wants one-world government must be a supporter of David Icke; therefore they must be a loony."  (The psychologists have a term for it: cognitive dissonance.)

I went to a David Icke talk a few years back - the first half actually made a lot of sense and was very interesting.

It went a little downhill from there - he went off on some strange tangents. Had a chat with him afterward, and he seems to be a nice guy smile

Maybe David Icke's works should be studied a bit before labelling him. I do not agree with every thing he says but he claims to have interviewed many people who have seen shape shifters and I have met people who claim to have seen it as well. I know what people mean about "lizard" eyes as I sure have seen that! So evil and so many politicians have "that" look.

Ah, yes!  What a nutcase - saying Bush is a reptile whose real aim was to benefit himself and his own kind.  Absolute insanity!

Luckily though, David Icke is in a minority.  Much better it is to follow the majority's way of thinking - that killing innocent people in war is an unfortunate necessity, that vaccinations which have barely been tested and whose ingredients no one actually knows should be imposed on people, that a man who wrote a book on secret mass sterilisation and culling of the population is the President of America's advisor  on Science and Technology......thank goodness for 'normal' people!

Bard of Ely writes hubs about David Icke. He knows a lot about that guy.

I don't know that much about the reptilians, but I'm guessing that if you DID have evidence that shape-shifting reptilians existed and were trying to run the world it would be hard to present that info in a credible way.

I mean, seriously. How do you dress THAT up?

    1. kirstenblog profile image80
kirstenblogposted 13 years agoin reply to this

I don't think you can dress it up and get people to accept it. If anything it seems to me that it would be best to leave that tid bit out so as to avoid the looney label. Politicians (or others) do not need to be shape shifting reptiles to be evil and destructive to humanity.

I disagree! If something is the truth or if it is what you believe is the truth as a result of your research then surely you should present it to your readers however bizarre it is?

David had more than enough reasons to conclude it was a reality. All of which he has explained in detail many times. Were all the following people lying to him: Credo Mutwah, Arizona Wilder and Stewart Swerdlow to start with? Watch the videos of these people talking about the subject. Why did he have people all around the world telling him about this around the same time period?

Why is there evidence all around the world in folklore, religions, culture and architecture and heraldry of reptilian beings? What are dragons?

    2. apricot profile image67

      So true.

And of course, brandishing someone as a 'loony' is a surefire way of discrediting them and prevent people from actually listening to what they have to say.

For me, it's a reason to sit up and take notice of that someone.
David Icke's theories make a lot of sense - leave aside the reptilian theories for now though - you can come to that part when you're feeling stronger.

David Icke is not the only conspiracy theorist suggesting a power elite striving towards world gov't, therefore the correlation between that and the reptilian theory is not necessarily relevant. Myron Fagan (on the right), Noam Chomsky (on the left) and Jim Marrs (more or less in the center), have all posed theories about world gov't without adding in the reptilian theory. Icke is the only one I know of who poses such a theory.

I wonder if he adds the reptilian element as a way of kind of setting himself apart.  Maybe, just maybe, he doesn't actually believe it personally.  After all, there are people on this forum who have expressed agreement up to a point.  Maybe he figures the people he can attract that are intelligent enough to "edit" his theories are worth the initial sensationalism.

Well, certainly politicians and elite bankers as cold-blooded reptiles from another planet definitely works on a metaphorical level. Perhaps for some people that's all that's needed.

It's not a big surprise that some politicians have been talking about a New World Order for some time now.  This video shows daddy Bush mentioning a New World Order on September 11, 1991, exactly 10 years to the day before 9/11.

I think we'd have to check to see if they have tails or not to determine whether they are shape shifting reptilians.  Maybe we should? lol

David Icke is not the only one that believes in Lizard People.  Do a Google search just for Lizard People and see how many returns you get.  It has been around for awhile.  There are a lot of good conspiracy theories surrounding Nikola Tesla. For some interesting reading do a search for the following when you have a spare minute.

Their reptilian form and status is not in this physical dimension we are perceiving the world in and from. The universe is multidimensional and made up of frequencies and our senses are tuned to this one. Psychics are able to access other frequencies. So are animals that see and sense things we cannot see.

Icke explains it this way: there are hundreds of radio and TV stations broadcasting in the same space and we cannot see any of them. We need a radio or TV to convert the signals into what we can hear or see, so it is a matter of tuning the receiver. So too with the human senses that are tuned to this dimension and are not tuned to others.

Paragliderposted 13 years agoin reply to this

Yes, but if you take a word like 'frequencies' and use it to mean something mystical, you have to offer something by way of explanation. The radio/TV analogy doesn't hold water, because these frequencies really are frequencies, generated and transmitted by ourselves and well understood.

    Hi,

There is  definitely some sort of elite world order behind it all, but David went a bit nutty with his reptilian idea. shame, some of his ideas on the world elite are quite intersting.

I have seen a lot of  David Icke in the past, probably a hell of a lot more than his followers. In fact, I probably saw him every 2 weeks for a year. He was the goalkeeper for my local football club (sorry Americans, it's not soccer, there is only one football as far as I'm concerned) Hereford United.

One last thought, type www.itanimulli.con in your browser & see where it takes you.

    itanimulli is Iluminati spelt backwards.

    Food for thought!

    1. Make Money profile image67
Make Moneyposted 13 years agoin reply to this

Hi spencerprint, you mis-typed the link above.  If you replace .con with .com the link redirects to NSA/CSS or the US National Security Agency/Central Security Service.  Interesting but with a web hosting account you can basically redirect any link to a different web site.  I did a WHOIS lookup for that domain using whois.domaintools.com and found the registrant of that domain is John Fenley from Provo, Utah.  See, http://whois.domaintools.com/itanimulli.com

Bard of Ely's stuff is interesting.  David Icke compares these reptilians to the nephilim, children born from the "daughters of men", and the "Sons of God" (fallen angels) spoken about in the Bible in Genesis 6:1-7, Job 1:6; 2:1; 38:7 and Numbers 13:29-34 (13:28-33 in KJB).  But the nephilim were suppose to have been wiped out with the flood, some believing that is why God caused the flood, to wiped the nephilim out.

When Bard of Ely says "Their reptilian form and status is not in this physical dimension we are perceiving the world in and from" it is basically consistent with what a lot of religions believe about good angels (arch & guardian angels) and bad angels (satan & other demons).

The Credo Mutwah, Arizona Wilder and Stewart Swerdlow stuff are all hard to believe but interesting.

I have not seen any reptitlians like this myself, but I have no doubt that there are an age old battle going on. The ones behind it have one goal: Domination of everyting and everyone.

The banking system of today, is the way that they use to do this, as they know that lust after money is a root of evil. If we do not stop and change the banks, nothing will stop them, untill the day the day Christ returns and finishes them off forever.
