I would never, never, never submit to it.  Why would they want to chips us, except to be able to control our lives in the long run.  If this became an ultimatum, I would seriously consider moving to Mexico!

depends-  what would be the purpose of an identification chip?

why did I get a down-vote for asking someone to clarify this?

I've gotten down votes for no reason as well. Just some trolls who have nothing better to do than give thumbs downs to random answers.

I'm not sure why your getting voted down.  But my answer to you question would be.  Maybe instead of a driver licence or identification card they would want chips so they can always identify who you are, were you are, and for many other reasons.

well, it looks like I'm in the minority with this but it wouldn't bother me- as long as the government hadn't turned corrupt

Well, it's a little late for that, Starmom! No matter what their purpose is, it's dehumanizing. We are human beings with a right to privacy and freedom of movement. We should be able to choose whether or not we can be located at a moment's notice.

Like Backporchstories, I would never, never, never submit to it. If the day ever comes when they start doing that, I'm taking off for the wilderness where I will be a reclusive mountain man.

I would not, could not submit to it.  They will not tell you it is the mark of the beast.  They would lie to you, and tell you it was for another reason.   And yes, we who have not taken the mark would have to flee.

What would be the penalty if you refused this chip?  Do you see this as something that will happen in our future?  I had a friend that told me someday we will have a mini-micro chip implanted under our skin or within a tatoo that would encompass all our personal information - including vital stats - financial - police record - all that and more.  How far into the future?  I haven't a clue.

there are hospitals that offer it as a way to monitor your body and if you get knocked out and cannot speak and they find you and bring you to the hospital they can scan your hand, find out who you are and treat you without you having to say anything

I guess I would move to Canada (or somewhere where wearing an identification chip wasn't required).

Canada, this is the mark of the beast as clearly states in the bible. Its a world wide thing yes even in Canada. It actually has started in Canada. I know i live here

I would not allow this either. There are already too many encroachments into your life such as FB collecting info about you even if you are not a FB user.

I would protest because a chip in my body may cause harm to my insides because a chip is a foreign object that does not belong in my body.

I'd leave the country. Our civil rights are being destroyed by the day. That kind of invasion of privacy is intolerable.

Listen to Dennis on Civil Rights & Abuse of Power:

No, I would never get it.  I would have to run away and hide somewhere.
Just like another commentor said, we would not be told that it was "the mark of the beast". They would make it sound like you were being a model citizen if you cooperated.  At first, they would ask all citizens to report to get this done, but after awhile, they will force people to take the chip or the mark!

As a Christian, I know that anyone who does take this mark or chip, would be separated from God for all eternity.  You cannot change your mind, once it is taken, it's too late for your eternal soul.  And each person's soul either goes to Heaven or to Hell...God made us to live for eternity, and doesn't want anyone to be separated from Him for eternity, but He has given each one of us a choice. He does not force us to belong to Him.  We are here on earth temporarily as part of His perfect Will, to spread the Word of the Gospel of Christ.  Of course there is a lot more to learn, and it's taken me many years to get it, but praise Jesus for Loving me so much, and I belong to Him and do not have to worry, because He promised me and all His followers, that He will bring us home(heaven) with Him (when He raptures us).
You may want to get a bible (mine is the New King James bible) and start out with these two scriptures:
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." - John 3:16
and:  regarding the rapture: Jesus said, "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only."
I want to tell others what I know, so that they will be able to know the Love of Jesus Christ, Almighty God, to know His heart, to have peace and contentment even here on earth.
    I hope this has helped!

The wilderness would be crowded.  It is more likely that corporations would require the chip so they can just scan your chip to get your money.  The politicians would just pass the laws to make it legal.

I'd like to think I would organize a riot to protest this, but if it looked like it would be enforced at all costs, then I'd flee the country with everyone else than willingly subject myself to such a demand.

Primpo, what countries allow this in human hands? I know they have done testing in human hands, but considering studies have shown the chip can cause cancer in animals, I find it hard to be believe this has actually been approved in other countries.

no civil war would not start, the government has started the shift long ago and it will calmly be introduced little by little, and the thing is people are so complacent they will just do it thinking they have no choice.. most will follow

Primpo, thanks for your insight. From where I sit, I see people who would not allow this to happen and who would fight for their rights. Yes, most will follow and that is a sad thing.

funny you should ask that question, I have a hub I wrote about it , its the RFID Chip. they are going to require it eventually.  everyone I talk to says it will never happen, but it will. there will be required.  I'm not going to comment on what I am going to do when that happens but I will say this, the chip has the ability to monitor your body and can sense cancer or any internal health problems before your doctor can, also it can track you from any place on earth, by satellite. This is going to be a reality soon, but I cant say when I havent been keeping track , too overwhelming.  God be with us all.

First of all this is not a matter of leaving the country, its is going to be incorporated all over the world

Second of all one woman stated that they will use everything that subjects this to being the best thing for us all. The government never cared about us then, why would they care now. It will be to the point that getting this mark will enable us to never ever lose our children thats too funny. We will have many advantages apparently,, however it is for control and power of course.

It will enable us never to use cash again and this will be a plus for many because without cash you cant have drug dealers. However I say that in the long run we will be destroyed. We will be controlled and so will our children.

It has already started in many parts of the world. Look at where the world has come to. The bible/God has predicted all of this. God clearly states this will cause more wars, nations against nations, hatred. This is already here.

I also read that it may become forced on you. I dont think so, they will never ever get near me with a chip. I will steal before I have them insert a chip into me.

Remember God says, all things will pass, listen to him, let him guide you. Good overcomes evil. This is part of satans plan to destroy and conquer the world. Remember who gave satan his powers and who can take them away. God only allows satan to go as far as he wants him too. And his time is up.

also remember your children please dont let them be manipulated by satans powers. they are innocent. This is a test from God, there are so many now that hate him and actually try to be like him (false prophets) and comeon clearly if they try to be like him, they dont understand God or his ways nor do they love him. If they did they would not do these things. That is a mockery to God.If you are truly close to God you will know his ways of doing things and getting messages across.

So with that said, no never would I allow this
On utube, i watched a young couple that have the chip inserted for some kind of love connection. So that is how far these people will go to control us.
