Who do you believe can bring the goods to resolve the disputes between the nations?

For this purpose a new organisation shall be created. Given the omnipresence and the supremacy of the US in any organizations UN, IMF, the international court of justice (organ of the UN)... the US, as a corrupter, should not participate. Then the major problem would be how to avoid the possibility to corrupt a state/member by buying its vote or voice. Since it will relate to international disputes, a court affiliated to the organization will be elected to the majority. The judges will permute to avoid conflict of interests and probable privileges. It would be the beginning of my reformation.

US is not signatory to International Court of Justice. US thinks it is above all laws and can not be judge or brought to justice. This is one of reasons of present global conditions.

It needs to be some one impartial and just body. There is no one for this. Every institution including UN is not just and neutral to resolve the dispute.  This is sole reason why disputes are not resolved but goes on lingering resulting war and long loss of human life, dignity and natural wealth.

This has got to be one of the most meaningful and important human questions I've seen on Hubpages.    Who can bring it about?   Organizations are made up of individuals and every spokesperson in a really important organization wants their view to be THE view, so I'd say an organization can't do it.  This is something which can only evolve.

I think that is already happening but it is a painful process, and one which will probably continue for a few hundreds years at least.  I suspect that once the 'have nations' and the 'have nots' have reached a reasonable state of equilibrium (organizaitons, such as trade unions within the poorer countries will gradually bring this about)  When everyone is on a roughly equal footing economy-wise there will be few people to exploit.   Trade between countries would become fairer.  Afterall, they'red be no 'overseas labour,' no 'sweat shop' labour forces to be exploited.

I think that trade between nations will eventually bring that about.  But before that happens there is going to be a lot of angst as the rich buy up all the really important resources such as land, water, try to control world food, etc., grab monopoly on the geno to control world health and the like.

As it was said by JC 2,000 years ago, "The poor will always be with us."  But that doesn't mean that major disputes between nations will go on forever.

No individual or collectivist body can do this.

The UN is a product of the Rockefeller and Rothschild push for global takeover. Their aims are selfish. Their methods are subversion, force, lies and coercion.

I think @cynthiaalburo0322, hit the nail on the head with her simple answer of "what," not "who." Love is the answer. Love and awareness.

First of all, know that for any conflict to persist, you will usually find an undisclosed third party actively fanning the flames of that conflict, just as the United States and Britain are fanning the flames of discontent in Iraq and other Middle East countries by dressing up as locals and killing innocents. Then their Corporate Party media tell the appropriate lies to keep the seeds of discontent well-planted.

This "Third Party Law," if put into action, could help resolve most difficulties between nations, but it would take an invulnerability from the destructive force of the CIA and similar groups. It does no good to try to find the "third party" stirring up trouble if that "third party" ends up assassinating the investigator.

That's why Love is the answer. With Love, true Forgiveness is possible. Individuals and nations can let go of their resentments. The machinations of the CIA and the other Rothschild and Rockefeller destroyers will have absolutely no effect if people merely stop being afraid and angry. This takes faith and that faith terrifies the Rockefellers and Rothschilds. That's why their Corporate Party media propaganda arms incessantly stir up dissent between opposing factions. They even create definitions of opposition. If you feel a certain way about X, then you must be a Democrat and all Republicans will hate you. Such pigeonholing is inaccurate at best, and always divisive and destructive.

Individually, we need to boycott the Corporate Party media, products and services. We need to spread the word as long as the Internet is free. When they close that gaping hole, then we need to spread the word individually.

    Love really is the answer.

Me !   If they would listen.

I would try and stop all industrial nations from selling or giving arms to poor nations.  If they want to resolve their differences with bows and arrows, sticks and stones fine but it might be better to encourage them to spend their money a little more wisely.

It is not about a single person, in my opinion.  As a whole we need to start a new, clean slates and move forward.  All nations at one point or another have done things in the name of..blah blah blah and have caused hurt, pain, and much desolation.  But if we keep looking back we will never be able to move forward and resolve disputes.  It will take many to allow this to happen, individuals as a whole need to grow and let go first and then communities will be able to do so and then nations.  There are many communities that are moving forward and helping other communities around the world.  It is unfortunate that what we see in the news is mostly the ugly.  There is beauty, kindness, neighbor helping neighbor, communities helping communities, and nations helping nations out there.  It is happening.  Is it enough?  No, but each of us as individual can decide if we want to be a part of the problem or the solution right now.  Not tomorrow.  Start by self growth, then family growth, then community, and so forth.
We can make a difference in this world even if it is just to the ones around us.  It starts by learning how to make a difference to the ones around us, right now.  Hopefully then it spreads.

    Awesome question!

Never before on the history of mankind is there so many educated and skilled people on the planet. The time for the change IS upon us.

There will not be an organization or a who... and as said above LOVE is key. The changes taking place in mankind at this time is a conscious shift. Mankind in general will slowly evolve (as said above) to a new attitude. One whereby we once again learn to "Love Life and Love Living". We will learn that building character is more important than building things. We will learn  to use things and love people rather than the current mess where we love things and use people.

The shift is HAPPENING NOW! ......  I write on this shift in some of my hubs... "Corp Greed vs Gov waste" .... "The shrinking Middle class to zero"..... and most important to this conscious shift is the basis of how and why it is HAPPENING and spreading. This can best be understood if you read "Understand and use the power of duplication" ..... the more people who grasp the simplicity of change - the faster it will take place.

It is a beautiful time to be alive! "Love Life and Love Living"

    Thanks for a marvelous question!
