Will Mexico pay for the border wall?

With almost no bargaining power, the Mexican President has been very vocal about not paying for the wall, yet the peso is crashing and the immigration laws (and potential remittances coming back to Mexico) look to shrink soon.  Who will blink first?

Mexico will be forced into it. As sad as it is, this wall is going to go up.

yes, and our grandchildren will pay for it. god forbid, they raise taxes on rich to pay...but no, we poor and middle class tax payers will foot the bill, even those who hate this idea.

It will be hard to tell if they ever do pay for the wall.  Washington can slide piles of money around so fast we can't keep track of what they are doing.

If he does impose the import tax on goods from Mexico that would certainly help.

Does it really matter who pays for the wall initially, or ever. Every Terrorist, Drug delivery, and illegal alien that doesn't get into the US through the border will save us billions, reduce crime, and protect the US against threats of all kinds.

I agree, we have to get control of our borders.  The wall is not the total answer but is sure a step in the right direction.  Of course Obama told us the border fence was completed and many believed him.

Seems as if too many people in high positions depend on an open border - I'd start the investigations with them

Follow the money and we will see who they are.
